Pay

Earn $28.50 per hour with overtime after 40 hours. Plus, drivers are paid weekly!

Schedule

Drivers typically depart on Sunday afternoon and return Friday. Be home weekly with multi-stop loads, taking 2-3 loads per week. Enjoy weekend time off!

Equipment

Drive an assigned late-model Freightliner Sleeper to haul batteries in a dry van trailer, occasionally using an electric pallet jack and lift gate to unload. However, this opportunity is mostly drop and hook.

This is a 0.8 FTE (64 hours per two week pay period), benefits-eligible opening. Clinic Hours of Operation are MondayThursday: 7:00AM6:00PM and Friday: 7:00AM5:00PM. As a member of the care team, the Medical Assistant supports quality patient- and family-centered care principles through performing a variety of high-level functions within a care team to support the needs of the healthcare team and patients/families. The Medical Assistant will gather information and documents to support the patient visit. The medical assistant is responsible for adhering to all policies, procedures and practice guidelines, promoting teamwork with all members of the health care team, maintaining complete, timely and accurate clinical documentation for each patient and continually looking for opportunities to improve processes and workflow.

• Delivers care as delegated by the physician/authorized practitioner or RN, to assigned patient population, or individual patient.
• Follows the patient's plan of care.
• Prioritizes work based on patient acuity, available resources, patient/family preferences, provider schedule, in collaboration with the physician/authorized practitioner and other health care team members.
• Performs high and low risk technical procedures defined by the clinical setting includes medication administration, assistance with CPR, assistance with procedures and may include lab draws.
• Recognizes when different approaches may be needed based on age or cultural differences.
• Implements assigned aspects of the patient teaching plan.
• Documents care in the medical record.
• Effectively communicates compliance and concerns to delegating physician/authorized practitioner/RN.

This position is responsible for implementing the title services program in the Office of Land Management by providing state-wide assistance to MnDOT in securing good and marketable title to the real estate the agency acquires.

Duties include:

• Implementing the title services program in the Office of Land Management by traveling to various counties within the State of Minnesota to research and analyze the land records for tracts of land and preparing a title opinion based upon principles of real estate law, including Minnesota Title Standards.
• Reviewing title opinions, field title reports, market data reports, and other supporting documents and applying legal knowledge to determine the legal interests for direct purchase and condemnation.
• Providing direct purchase support, including preparation of acquisition documents, advising on methods to resolve title defects and the risks associated with each proposed method, and the effect of a particular interest on MnDOT's ability to acquire.
• Providing legal advice on property management matters, including conveyances, permits, leases, and agreements.
• Drafting and reviewing real estate documents, conducting legal research, and reviewing proposed legislation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school

Two years of advanced professional title experience that demonstrates:

• Legal research and analysis, writing, and client counseling experience
• Experience related to legal descriptions, sufficient to prepare a title opinion for the acquisition of real property
• Experience in real property law, title examination, performing and preparing title abstracts, drafting acquisition and conveyance instruments, and property management
• Experience preparing title opinions and/or title commitments for real property
