What will you do?
- Maintain the environmental services department according to company, state, and gaming commission standards and regulations.
- Order and manage the EVS cleaning supply stock.
- Follow departmental policies by documenting daily the areas that have been cleaned and serviced by EVS team members.
- Train and develop EVS team members to the required company, state and gaming standards of health and safety.
- Understand and adhere to the union contract of the EVS department.
More about you
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
- Must be able to obtain a WV State Gaming License.
- Experience in EVS and/or cleaning departments preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.

- Clean areas, rooms, and restrooms according to department procedures
- Conduct walk-arounds of assigned areas to assure that the facility meets housekeeping standards

What will you do?
- Ensure the proper volume of detergent, water, bleach, starch, and other washing products are used.
- Sort and count articles removed from dryers, then fold, wrap, or hang them.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laundry closet; washing, drying, sorting, and counting the linens; folding and restocking the linens in an efficient manner.
- Operate extractors, dyers, and blower fans as needed.
- Inspect soiled articles to determine sources of stains to locate color imperfections, and to identify items requiring special treatment.
- Determine spotting procedures and proper solvents, based on fabric and stain types.
- Iron or press articles, fabrics, banquet linens, napkins, spa linen using hand irons or pressing machines.
- Communicate with appropriate staff to identify needs for guest linens.
- Track and record all loads washed and dried using a provided spreadsheet to calculate productivity. Record loss of linens due to stains, tears and wear.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Lead Sales Associate helps maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. The duties of the Lead Sales Associate include assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operating a cash register, stocking and recovering merchandise, cleaning the store, and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets. Lead Sales Associates perform the duties of a Sales Associate and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
* Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase, collect payment from customers and make change, bag merchandise, and assist customers with merchandise as necessary.
* Follow company work processes to receive, open and unpack boxes, cartons and totes of merchandise; stock merchandise, restock and rotate merchandise on shelves, and build merchandise displays.
* Clean the store; take out trash; dust and mop store floors; clean restroom and stockroom; and help set up sidewalk displays.
* Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
* Open and close the store under specific direction of the Store Manager.
* Perform additional duties typically performed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, in their absence.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

Position Overview
The Assistant General Counsel provides high-level legal support to the West Virginia Department of Health. This position works under the supervision of the General Counsel and collaborates with agency leadership, program directors, and external stakeholders on a wide range of legal matters affecting the Department.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented attorney with a strong understanding of administrative law, public health law, government contracting, and employment law, as well as exceptional legal research and writing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel and guidance on matters involving public health law, administrative proceedings, rulemaking, procurement, HIPAA/privacy compliance, and intergovernmental relations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, and data sharing agreements.
- Support litigation efforts, including coordinating with outside counsel, reviewing pleadings, and preparing agency witnesses.
- Assist with responding to subpoenas, FOIA requests, and other legal inquiries.
- Review and interpret state and federal laws, court decisions, and administrative regulations impacting agency operations.
- Represent the Department in administrative hearings and other proceedings, as assigned.
- Participate in the development of agency policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
- Provide legal training and advice to agency personnel on relevant legal issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of West Virginia or eligible for admission by reciprocity.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing law, with preference given to experience in public sector, health law, administrative law, or regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with state or federal government legal work.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, FERPA, and other privacy-related statutes.
- Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse workload with competing deadlines.
