We are seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to provide comprehensive maternity care for low-risk patients while collaborating with physicians on higher-risk cases. This role offers the opportunity to work in a structured, team-based environment aligned with American College of Nurse Midwives standards.
Role Overview
The CNM will independently manage care across:
- Antepartum
- Intrapartum
- Postpartum
You will also co-manage higher-risk patients alongside MDs when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
Intrapartum Care
- Conduct medical screening exams to diagnose labor
- Independently manage low-risk labor & delivery
- Collaborate with physicians for higher-risk cases
- Coordinate pain management including epidurals
- Follow standardized facility protocols
Required Certifications
- Active California CNM License
- Active California RN License
- AMCB National Certification
- NPI Number
- BLS – AHA Only
- DEA Registration (within 12 months)
- CA Nurse-Midwife Furnishing Certification
(Required or must obtain within 1 year)
3+ years of recent CNM experience preferred
Assignment Requirement
Providers must be able to support strike-related scheduling.

ResponsibilitiesThe Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA, LPTA) performs treatment and provides exercise instruction and patient education aimed at improving/enhancing the patient's well-being while following the established plan of care. Responsible for following all state specific laws governing the provision of physical therapy in home care, to follow the treatment set only as defined by the supervising PT; to perform only those procedures that he/she is qualified and trained to perform and to make all recommendations for changes in the plan of care to the supervising Physical Therapist. Instructs and aids patients in active and passive exercise, muscle re-education, gait, functional, ADL, transfer, safety, and prosthetic training. Observes, records, and reports to the supervising PT, the nurse supervisor, and/or the physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition. Coordinates care with the other members of the healthcare team as appropriate. Instructs patient, family, caregiver, and other members of the health care team in the areas of therapy within the scope of the physical therapy assistant.
Education and ExperienceLicense Requirements: Current licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of California. Current CPR certification is required. Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

- Merchandise product on the sales floor and in the warehouse to standards
- Conduct cycle counts to identify loss and improve in-stock position
- Re-shelve canceled orders promptly
- Manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with 'FIFO' practices (First In, First Out)
- Communication: Provide the information required by others in a concise, direct, and unambiguous way. Strive to ensure that the receiver clearly understands the specifics of the message and are able to listen to, receive, and understand messages conveyed by others
