Primary Patient Population:
* Inpatient Oncology (16 dedicated patient beds)
* Cross-trained for Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)
* Medical/Surgical Overflow
Primary skills utilized/learned:
* IV medication therapy, blood product transfusion, pain management
* Hospice and palliative care
* Ability to obtain Chemotherapy Certification
* Time management, critical thinking, delegating
