Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of switchboard designers and engineers
- Oversee engineering design activities for low-voltage switchboards, junction boxes, busways, and related electrical assemblies
- Drive continuous improvement in product design, quality, reliability, and manufacturability
- Review and approve design packages, one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Establish and maintain engineering standards aligned with UL, NEC, NFPA, ANSI, and IEEE codes
- Collaborate with manufacturing, testing, and product support teams to support project execution
- Support new product development initiatives and emerging technologies
- Partner with leadership to plan engineering capacity and prioritize projects
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in switchgear or switchboard design
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems and switchgear components
- Understanding of industry standards including UL, NEC, NFPA, ANSI, and IEEE

Key Responsibilities
- Review blueprints, specifications, and bid documents to prepare time, material, and labor estimates

Job Duties:
β’ Assist project management with day-to-day planning, coordination, scheduling, and administrative support.
β’ Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
β’ Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation, equipment lists, P&IDs, and AutoCAD drawings.
β’ Support procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, creating purchase orders, ordering materials, and tracking deliveries.

β’ Coordinate with field crews to ensure materials, tools, and information are available on site.
