Responsibilities:
- Operating cash register with reasonable accuracy and efficiency
- Performing sales and customer service functions
- Maintaining an image of neat, friendly, and pleasant
- Maintaining a clean and safe sales area and work environment
- Communicating effectively with lead or supervisor
- Stocking bins, shelves, and displays with merchandise
- Enforcing all Six Flags policies
- Assisting in other areas of the Retail Merchandising Department
- Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Pay Rate: $8.50-$9.50/hr.
Qualifications:
- Cash handling departments may be required to pass a math test
- Good communication skills/ reading and writing skills
- Ability to learn to effective and accurate use of a cash register
- Work a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language

Job Purpose
Product Planner I is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market trends and conditions within the Powersports & Products industry to identify factors that may impact future products. Serving as the voice of the customer, this role involves conducting comprehensive market and product research, as well as in-depth market analysis, to generate actionable insights. These insights support model strategy and lifecycle planning, sales planning, and model specific planning activities leading up to development.
Key Accountabilities
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Powersports & Products industry, including product line-ups of Honda and its core competitors. This includes in-depth knowledge of product types, features, and related technologies.
- Research: Support complex research projects to gather insights that inform product planning and future strategic initiatives. Organize and participate in research events, such as trade shows, customer, and dealer visits. Responsibilities include coordinating events, research vendor management, analyzing data, and creating reports to ensure actionable insights while receiving guidance and support.
- Analysis: Compile and analyze primary and secondary data utilizing various research methodologies and data sources. Generate and interpret insights from data to uncover customer preferences, satisfaction, purchase behaviors, future vehicle needs, trade-offs, and more. Effectively present findings through clear and visually compelling charts, graphs, and reports to support data-driven decision-making while receiving guidance and support.
- Product Planning: Gather and synthesize product trend data and effectively identify and summarize customer needs. Craft clear stories based on data and customer needs on essential development requirements while receiving guidance and support. Clearly communicate product descriptions, specifications, features, and pricing details while articulating the product role, target customers, and business objectives.

Minimum Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum Experience Requires 1-3 years of experience as a research analyst and/or product manager or passionate about Powersports & Products

- High proficiency of Excel, PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in SPSS, Tableau, and PowerBI a plus.
- Highly data driven, logical, analytical, that can read data and translate them into a clear and concise story.
- Strong planning and project management skills.

Working Conditions
Travel: Average of 6 times per year, depending on project demand.
Physical: primarily deskwork, frequent keyboarding.
Hazards: maybe exposed to hazardous chemicals & equipment, including on/off road riding/driving.

The Director, Events will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive event strategy that supports brand visibility, audience engagement, and business objectives across the company. This role manages all aspects of event planning and execution, including industry conferences, client summits, and internal events. This position requires translating business goals into measurable event deliverables. The Director, Events will work closely with marketing, sales, internal communications, creative, and leadership teams to ensure events meet brand standards and align with company objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
Event Strategy, Planning, and Execution – 55%
- Develop and implement a strategic event roadmap aligned with marketing, sales, and business objectives.
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, and calendar development for internal and external events.
- Collaborate cross-functional to ensure event initiatives support broader business priorities.
- Conceptualize event experiences that reflect and represent 's brand and culture.
- Oversee logistics, vendor relationships, contracts, and on-site operations.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless execution.
- Direct live event operations to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
Event Marketing and Performance - 30%
- Partner with digital, creative, field marketing and social teams to develop integrated event promotion and follow up strategies.
- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all event marketing materials.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure event success and ROI.
- Deliver post-event analysis with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Leverage attendee (internal and external) feedback and engagement data to optimize future planning.
Leadership and Team Development - 15%
- Manage and develop the events team
- Promote accountability, operational efficiency, and collaboration within the team
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

- Supervises a team of direct reports.

JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Strategic Planning Specialist supports the strategic planning and execution of Honda’s Powersports product initiatives. This role contributes to new model development through market analysis, customer insights, and business condition assessments, supports line up strategies aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and regulatory requirements, and leads communication and coordination for product launches to ensure successful sales promotion activities. The position serves as the voice of the customer throughout product concept, design, and testing phases, recommending improvements and identifying new market opportunities. Deep industry knowledge of 2W and 4W Powersports products, competitors, and trends is essential to drive informed decisions and deliver products that meet customer expectations and business goals.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Product Planning
• Support new model development events by generating documentation related to market trends, model positioning, customer profiles and insights, and business conditions including cost, price, volume, and profitability in alignment with executive direction.
Line Up Strategy
• Support the development of product line up strategies aligned with customer priorities, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.
Product Launches
• Communicate product descriptions, specifications, customer profiles, features, and pricing details to the Sales Promotion team.
• Lead kick off sales promotion activities and support Sales Promotion teams through product launch execution.
Insights for Product Development
• Collaborate with cross functional teams during product concept, design development, and testing while serving as the voice of the customer.
• Provide recommendations for design modifications and identify new market opportunities.
• Coordinate logistics for parts, test equipment, and vehicles.
Product Knowledge
• Build and maintain deep knowledge of the 2W and 4W Powersports industry, including Honda and competitor product line ups.
• Analyze market and customer insight reports, monitor industry trends, and participate in shows, events, dealer visits, and customer engagements.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
Minimum Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
Minimum Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with a degree or 8 or more years of related work experience.
Other Job Specific Skills
• Strong understanding of Honda and competitor product lines, technology, Powersports industry conditions, and consumer behavior.
