We love when our Sales Reps live in the territory they sell. Each of our territories are centered around our showrooms which are located in the following areas:
- Harrisburg, PA
- Langhorne, PA
- Plymouth Meeting, PA

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a business plan that will establish activity levels and target account acquisitions for the upcoming year to allow you to achieve your sales goals.
- Focus on new account acquisition, targeting local builders, contractors, remodelers, and replacement companies to drive results and meet established goals.
- Regularly visit permit offices or review permit reports to uncover active new projects and accounts in your area.
- Participate in select functions, such as trade shows or chapter meetings, to build your network and relationships with prospective clients.
- Continually update and leverage knowledge of Pella and competitor products.
- Complete take-offs when applicable; Develop window and door solutions to satisfy prospects and customers’ needs.
- Always exhibit the highest standard of personal ethics and adhere to all Gunton Corporation policies.

Reports to Area Sales Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift and carry sales tools that could weigh up to 50 pounds

- College degree

COMPENSATION
- Base salary plus uncapped commission
- Average first-year earning potential: $85,000 - $110,000
- Top performers earn $200,000 or more annually

Position: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Philadelphia, PA(ONSITE)

Job Description:
As a Senior Data/Business Systems Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise in the healthcare payer domain. The role focuses on leading data initiatives, analyzing payer data (claims, population health), and writing functional requirements for SDLC and Agile projects. Strong skills in SQL, Oracle, and healthcare insurance processes are essential.
Duties:
- Assess business needs and define technical/data solutions.
- Create functional specs and source-to-target mappings.
- Analyze and validate payer data (claims, membership, provider, clinical).
- Work with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake teams for data delivery.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance.
- Optimize ETL processes and support change management.
- Lead large-scale projects and manage multiple tasks. Document requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience:
- 8+ years in business/data analysis and project management
- 5+ years in healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid).
- Technical Skills: Advanced SQL Azure Databricks (Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables) ETL and data governance knowledge Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Domain Expertise: Healthcare systems like FACETS, EDI transactions, care management standards.
- Other: Strong communication, leadership, and ability to manage concurrent projects.
