The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai through its affiliation with New York City Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst is seeking a full-time Body or Neuroradiologist. Elmhurst Hospital Center is a 545-bed tertiary care facility and an ACS-verified level 1 trauma center in the ethnically diverse borough of Queens, NY. The Elmhurst Radiology team is a dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly group of radiologists, technologists, nurses and support staff. The department of radiology has 4 CT scanners, 1 MRI, and a new Siemens biplane interventional suite, which is a component of our new stroke program.

Responsibilities principally include interpreting diagnostic studies with an emphasis on cross sectional imaging including CT, US, and MRI studies. The position covers daytime shifts Monday-Friday. There is minimal call responsibility consisting of several Saturday and Sunday on-call shifts over the course of a year. Moonlighting opportunities are available on evenings and weekends. This is a rare opportunity. Turnover in the department of radiology is very low, with radiologists generally staying at Elmhurst for decades at a time. This is a great place to work. Flexible hybrid remote and onsite work options are available. Productivity expectations are reasonable and aligned with our mission to deliver high quality medical care to the Queens communities in which we serve.

Candidates must have a medical degree from an Accredited University and be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Radiology with a valid New York State License, DEA and Medicaid number. The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai affiliated with New York City H + H/Queens has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director of Urology. The Director of Urology will perform a full spectrum of general and subspecialty outpatient and surgical care. Administrative responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of the urology service and supervision of staff, as well as the teaching and supervision of Mount Sinai urology residents and students in an academic community hospital setting. On call responsibility is included.

Queens Hospital was recognized at ASCOs plenary session for their research efforts in enrolling patients in a diverse community and we welcome candidates who are interested in being an investigator in clinical trials for cooperative group studies, pharmaceutical studies and/or physician-initiated studies where you will have the full support of our knowledgeable research staff for both regulatory and clinical needs.

There are experienced physician assistants within the urology department who assist with inpatient, outpatient and operative patient care. The hospital is easily accessible by public transportation and car from all areas of New York City, New Jersey and Long Island.

Qualified candidates should have strong clinical abilities, teaching experience and communication and interpersonal skills. Prior management/leadership positions and experience with academic medical centers and/or public health systems is preferred. Candidates should be well versed in general urology, and additional experience in oncology, reconstruction, female/pelvic medicine, voiding dysfunction and endourology is encouraged.

Mount Sinai Services at NYC Health+Hospitals/Queens is seeking a Chief of Hematology/Medical Oncology for the Queens Cancer Center at the Queens Hospital Center . This Center of Excellence is the only state-of the-art comprehensive cancer center in the NYC Health+Hospitals System. The qualified candidate will join a collaborative team of medical oncologists/hematologists, radiation oncologists, and surgeons to deliver a wide array of oncologic and hematologic services. The Queens Cancer Center is a Commission on Cancer-designated Community Cancer Program employing a multidisciplinary approach to cancer research and treatment.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the leadership, direction and integration of the oncology/hematology service line at Queens Hospital Center/Queens Cancer Center and participate in the well-established and robust clinical research program.
