Qualifications

- Searching detained persons, vehicles, and surroundings
- Apprehending or restraining suspects in violation of law

GS-11: One year of specialized experience at the next lower grade, including:
- Using intelligence to monitor criminal threats and operations
- Leading fraud or contraband investigations

- Team Management: Lead and develop the procurement team through coaching, performance management, and professional growth initiatives; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and implement process improvement and digitalization initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, shorten lead times, and enhance internal customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with maintenance, production, finance, and logistics departments to ensure stable, timely, and cost-effective material supply that supports uninterrupted operations.
- Supplier Management:Develop supplier management strategies and establish tiered supplier frameworks based on business criticality and material characteristics. Lead supplier evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring to ensure availability, quality, and competitiveness of supply. Build and maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships that support innovation and continuous improvement.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of procurement experience
- Proven track record in designing and improving procurement systems and processes, including resource optimization and cost control.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on service excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage change, and drive business execution at the departmental level.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of building effective relationships across all organizational levels.
Preferred Experience
- Background in MRO, manufacturing, or industrial operations environments.
- Familiarity with ERP and procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar).
- Experience with supplier development and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

WORKING AT SCI:
The Campus Director provides the vision, leadership and direction of the campus. This role involves the management and oversight of campus operations, education, admissions, financial aid, career services, and maintenance of facilities.
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Interact with students and staff to maximize employee effectiveness, resulting in growth in student enrollment, completion, and placement rates.
- Ensure that programs and staff add value to the student experience and has programs that are improving the student’s return on investment;
- Maintain communication and operational effectiveness between campus and corporate office, community, peers, business networks and accrediting bodies;
- The position has full campus profit and loss, budget preparation/management and regulatory compliance accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education Management or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in higher education management
- Proven track record of energetic leadership, accomplishments and vision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
