SUMMARY

This role supports pre-sales and customer-facing technical activities for advanced CNC machining solutions. The Application Engineer partners closely with sales and customers to evaluate manufacturing needs, recommend equipment and processes, and deliver high-quality technical demonstrations, training, and turnkey solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support pre-sales efforts through customer visits, opportunity assessments, machine evaluations, and technical recommendations

• Develop turnkey manufacturing solutions, including CNC programming, tooling selection, and fixture implementation while meeting quality, cycle time, and schedule requirements

• Provide technical guidance to customers and partners related to CNC programming, machining processes, and equipment optimization

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Siemens CNC controls

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
