The Tool and Die Maker is responsible for the construction, repair, and maintenance of dies, tools, and fixtures used in the manufacturing processes within the stamping plant. This role requires precision craftsmanship, technical expertise, and an understanding of stamping operations to ensure that dies and tools are functional, efficient, and meet all quality standards for production. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tool and die making, metalworking techniques, and safety protocols within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Die Fabrication:
- Fabricate, assemble, and modify stamping dies, jigs, and fixtures used in the production process. Ensure designs meet part specifications and are cost-effective to produce.
Die Maintenance & Repair:
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing dies and tools. Ensure that dies remain in excellent working condition to minimize downtime during production.
Tool Setup & Adjustment:
- Set up tools and dies for production runs, making precise adjustments to ensure parts meet dimensional and quality requirements.
Quality Control:
- Perform thorough checks and inspections on tools, dies, and stamped parts to ensure they adhere to quality standards and meet customer specifications.
Preventive Maintenance:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for dies and tools, addressing potential issues before they cause production delays or quality issues.
Collaboration with Engineering & Production Teams:
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot problems, recommend improvements, and provide feedback on tooling and equipment.
Documentation & Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of die maintenance, repairs, and tool modifications, ensuring all data is properly documented for future reference.
Safety & Compliance:

Training & Mentorship:
· Assist in training and mentoring junior tool and die makers or apprentices as needed.
Qualifications
Education and Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal apprenticeship program in tool and die making or a related field preferred.
- Journeyman certification in Tool and Die Making or equivalent industry experience preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker, preferably in a stamping or manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in die fabrication, repair, and maintenance for metalworking applications.
- Familiarity with various types of dies (progressive, compound, transfer) and materials used in stamping operations.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Advanced knowledge of machining techniques, welding, and grinding.
- Experience using CNC machines, lathes, mills, surface grinders, and other shop equipment.

Marketing Videographer
GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Videographer is responsible for the end-to-end production of high-quality video and photo
content. This role oversees both pre- and post-production workflows, including shooting, editing, and equipment maintenance, to support diverse marketing initiatives and company events. The
Videographer ensures all visual assets align with established brand standards and contribute to the
overall growth of the company’s digital presence.
CORE & ESSENTIAL:
TASKS:
● Create, produce and edit high quality videos (footage, motion graphics, narration, music, etc.),
audio, and photography for marketing initiatives, company events and social media
● Responsible for lighting and shooting a diverse range of high-quality video content;
maintaining video, lighting, and audio equipment; and naming, transferring, and storing media
● Conduct professional photography at various job sites and company events to support
marketing assets.
● Ensure all marketing materials reflect the Company’s brand character and adhere to established
brand standards.
● Determine and prepare necessary equipment for each job, including cameras, audio and video
recorders, microphones, and props.
● Assist in developing studio schedules and project timelines that enable productive and efficient
implementation of audio recording, video/photo shoots including any set builds, shoot time, post-
work and approvals
● Participate in the ongoing improvement of marketing processes to increase overall department
productivity.
● Independently troubleshoot solutions when projects fall off plan, demonstrating a solution-
oriented approach to maintaining production deadlines.
● Partner with the marketing team to develop advertising, branding and product development

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent, a four-year college degree in Visual
Communication Technology (VCT) or a related field and 2 to 4 years of work experience in video
editing required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific
certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Need to be
comfortable with heights; ability to climb ladders/extension ladders. Ability to climb, traverse and
maneuver across different roof levels while adhering to fall protection requirements as necessary.
Skills required in Adobe Creative Cloud include Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition. Knowledge in InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat along with proficiency in Microsoft Office a
plus. Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. use of protective gear). Driving is a requirement for this position. Must have the ability to think creatively, multi-task, work independently and also cooperatively as a team member. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and ability to create on a short deadline. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to travel both domestically and internationally, so the ability to travel by plane, operate a motor vehicle and maintain a driver’s license are required. Must have a vehicle in good working condition and ensure it meets all safety, insurance, and legal requirements. Overnight domestic and international travel required.

This is a high‑impact, strategic role overseeing one of the largest commercial fleets in the sector and driving last‑mile delivery performance across the U.S. and LATAM. Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Possess a current valid driver's license
- Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is mandatory.
- Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application and under 40 at referral. Compensation & Benefits
We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:
Base Compensation
- $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)
Additional Benefits
- $250 monthly expense allowance
- $500 maternity clothing allowance
- $10,500 for multiple birth
- Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
- Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
- Travel reimbursement
- $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
