MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules

Technical Updates & Training; Monitor federal and state tax law changes; assess client impact and update internal procedures.
Lead technical training sessions for internal staff.
Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax; CPA or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
5+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally in a public accounting firm or tax advisory practice (including real estate or high-net-worth client focus).
Solid expertise in individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and real estate tax.
Demonstrated ability in proactive tax planning, utilizing credits and deductions to optimize tax position.
Proficient in tax software and advanced Excel.
Strong leadership skills: ability to manage staff and collaborate across teams.
Exceptional communication skills, with a proactive, client-service mindset.
