This position is hybrid and remote eligible for up to 40% of the time. The office location for this position is at ESL Corporate Headquarters in Rochester, NY. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

Purpose of Position:
A Senior Technology Auditor conducts technology-focused audits, testing IT general controls, data management, and systems supporting risk/ finance, ensure compliance and assessing risks. This role involves stakeholder engagement, issue assessment, recommending solutions, and leveraging data tools, requiring critical thinking and a broad understanding of financial services.
Principle Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Develop, complete and execute IT audits
- Execute testing for IT General Controls, data management controls, and automated business controls.
- Plan, perform, and report on IT audit activities, ensuring quality and adherence to policies and validation of technology systems and data.
- Identify value-added recommendations for management to improve the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of controls and related processes
- Prepare audit reports, including clearly written, concise audit observations that effectively communicate identified issues and their related corrective actions to stakeholders.
- May participate in various Operational and Compliance Audits, providing valuable insights and recommendations to processes and minimize risk.
Risk Assessment
- Evaluate technology systems, processes, and data for potential risks, recommending severity ratings and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and industry laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Engage with business leaders and technology teams to understand processes and issues.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with business areas to ensure adequate remediation plans are developed and implemented.
- Data Analytics
- Utilize data and analytical tools for fieldwork and testing.
- Identify opportunities to leverage data analytics and technology to drive risk coverage and insights to business partners.

- Participate in corporate projects.
- Actively monitor and stay current with evolving industry trends, technology, and emerging risks that may impact the company.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology audit or information security.
- Self-starter, able to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to effectively multi-task.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of IT risk, governance and/or data management.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Accounting, Finance or similarly related field.
- 5+ years of IT audit experience.
- 1+ yearsโ experience in financial services or banking industry.
- Industry certifications: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
- Knowledge of enterprise application and change management policies.
- Knowledge of bank technology systems/data analysis tools/audit management software.

SPECIAL OPERATIONS CORPSMAN: CAREER DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities
Those in the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field go beyond the duties of basic Hospital Corpsman, working in austere and challenging environments while saving lives. Each of the three classifications has its own responsibilities:
Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman (SOIDC)
- Provide advanced medical care and operational services for Marine Reconnaissance, USMC Special Operations Forces and Navy Special Operations Command personnel, like SWCC and SEALs
- Engage as a team member in direct action, special reconnaissance, foreign internal defense and unconventional warfare
Search and Rescue Medical Technician (SMT)
- Rescue patients and deliver emergency care from the back of a helicopter
- Perform aircrew duties and En Route Care (ERC) for routine illness and emergent patients
- Provide relief and assistance in areas ravaged by catastrophic natural disasters
- Support Search and Rescue (SAR), tactical evacuation (TECEVAC), Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC), casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) and Combat Search & Rescue (CSAR) for Navy and Marine Corps Aviation
Deep Sea Diving Medical Technician (DMT)
- Provide basic medicine and assist medics in prevention and treatment of diving related illnesses, injuries associated with deep sea diving and hyperbaric conditions
- Operate, test and repair all Navy diving equipment
- Perform underwater inspections, harbor/port/ship security inspections, conduct ordnance searches, rescue personnel, engage in special warfare and small boat operations
- Operate Swimmer Delivery Vehicle Dry-Deck Shelter system and submarine Lock-in/Lock-out systems
Work Environment
As a Hospital Corpsman, you have the most diverse range of work environments in the Navy. Your job will likely take you all over the world-and far out of your comfort zone. If you choose to go the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field route, you will work in extreme and sometimes precarious conditions. From deep-sea diving to combat missions to flying in MH-60 Romeo helicopters, you will train outside the realm of conventional military forces to prepare for any mission. You may work independent of a physician or under supervision in this program.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training including:
Hospital Corps A School (19 weeks) in San Antonio, Texas for training on basic principles and techniques of patient care and first aid procedures.
After A School, HM-ATF candidates track to one of three advanced training paths:
- Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman Pipeline (121 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to basic reconnaissance, airborne operations, combatant diving, demolitions, clinical diagnostics, advanced trauma skills, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), basic surgical anesthesia, basic veterinary medicine and basic dental exams. - Search and Rescue Medical Tech Pipeline (27 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to advanced fluid resuscitation, administration and management of Advanced Life Support medications, use of emergency medical equipment, rescue and recovery devices and patient handling. - Medical Deep Sea Diving Tech Pipeline (28 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to diving physics, scuba and surface-supplied air diving, recognition and treatment of diving related illnesses.
After completing your pipeline, you'll receive your first assignment. You'll go wherever you're needed, which can be anywhere in the world. Automatic promotion opportunities are available but are competitive and based on completion of pipeline.
Post-Service Opportunities
There's no better way to begin a successful career in health care than by serving in the medical support division of America's Navy. Specialized training received and work experience gained in the course of service can lead to valuable credentialing and occupational opportunities in related fields in the civilian world, such as Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Home Health Aide, Anesthesiologist Assistant and more.
Education Opportunities
Beyond offering access to professional credentials and certifications, Navy technical and operational training in the medical field can translate to credit hours toward a bachelor's or associate degree through the American Council on Education.
You may also continue your education through undergraduate degree opportunities like the Navy College Program and Tuition Assistance and the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
Qualifications & Requirements
A high-school diploma or equivalent is required to become an Enlisted Sailor. Those seeking a position as a Hospital Corpsman must be U.S. citizens.
While no college degree is required to apply for a position as a Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field, a high degree of difficulty should be expected. Entry Requirements include:
- Vision correctable to 20/20
- Normal color perception
- Pass a physical examination
- 28 years of age or younger
- U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance
In addition to strong communication, writing and arithmetic skills, you should also have a genuine interest in providing health care, along with good use of your hands and strong physical stamina.

Job Description
Uncommon Special Education Coordinators are passionate, fierce advocates for their students, who manage all aspects of the school's Special Education programs. They also provide crucial academic, emotional, and physical support to students with disabilities and believe they are capable of high academic achievement.
Responsibilities
1.ย ย ย Instruction
- You will review intake assessments to ensure that all students receive the educational services and instructional methods that they need to succeed aligned with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- You will coordinate and provide pull-out, push-in, small group, and one-on-one instruction.
- You will schedule, coordinate, and facilitate Special Education team, IEP, and pre-referral meetings.
- You will manage all aspects associated with the evaluation process, including conducting classroom observations and testing.
- You will partner with general education teachers and advocate for all classroom accommodations required by 504 plans and IEPs.
- You will work closely with families in all grades of the school to address their needs throughout the IEP process and support their studentโs academic and social-emotional growth.
- You will maintain student records regarding special education issues and prepare reports for regulatory agencies while also ensuring compliance with all City, State, and Federal special education laws and regulations.
- You will use standards-based assessment data to refine and differentiate curriculum and instruction.ย

- You'll collaborate with general education teachers, school leaders, and families to analyze and respond to trends in student work samples and assessments and ensure compliance with IEPs.

Compensation for this role is between $56,000 to $70,700. Most candidates who meet job description requirements will receive an offer of $56,000ย - $60,100.ย

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. Candidates seeking an Information Professional Officer position must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in a technical field, preferably in one of following fields: Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Operations, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, General Engineering.

Part-Time Opportunities
There are part-time opportunities available as an Information Professional Officer.
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Information Professional Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, Information Professional Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

Job Description
The Apprentice Teacher position provides a unique opportunity for talented individuals with limited or no teaching experience to explore the field of education and to gain hands-on practice and the training necessary to become a successful full-time classroom teacher. Apprentice Teachers will have an opportunity to observe best practices in classroom instruction and education reform from experienced teachers and school leaders at a leading charter management organization. Apprentice Teachers observe and learn from Master Teachers, co-teach with teacher-leaders, provide in-house substitute teaching coverage for teachers, and support teachers with tutoring, grading, and individual or small group student instruction. Sr. Financial Systems Analyst

We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst on our Finance team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office.
As a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst, you will provide administrative
and functional maintenance and support for AMA's financial applications,
including Infor/Lawson, Oracle EPM (Hyperion), Blackline, Ironclad, Concur, and
other Finance-led systems. Focus on business process management, system
utilization, and ensuring data integrity across Finance. Liaise
with internal customers, functional areas and IT resources as well as external
vendors including hosting and SaaS providers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Systems Management
- Provide functional support for month-end closing activities, monitor interfaces, troubleshoot user issues, meta-data maintenance, and financial systems operation.
- Perform requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and coordination of system enhancements or configuration changes based on Finance business needs.
- Conduct testing and user acceptance for system changes.
- Identify system issues by understanding Finance business processes and develop solutions to resolve the issues.
- Collaborate with internal customers, functional areas, and IT resources to evaluate opportunities for system optimization.
- Participate in troubleshooting sessions for system issues, proposing business-side solutions and providing subject matter expertise.
- Maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of data on all AMA financial systems.
Documentation, Process, and Project Management
- Document and analyze business processes, system configuration, and user procedures.
- Support transition planning, system upgrades, and releases in conjunction with IT and vendors, providing business-side expertise and functional testing.
- Provide input on changes requests and assist in evaluating system impacts.
- Prepare training materials and support end users.
- Work on cross-departmental initiatives to streamline processes/workflows to improve efficiency of monthly financial closes.
Technical Collaboration
- Perform limited hands-on scripting, including simple SQL queries,
- Collaborate with IT teams for complex technical tasks, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Work with system vendors and IT to support system upgrades, enhancements, and drive issue resolution.
- Document data flows between Finance systems and assist in defining requirements for integrations.
May include other responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems,
or a related field required. - 5+ years of experience working on finance business processes and
a suite of financial applications including Infor/Lawson or similar ERP systems
required. - In depth expertise with multiple financial system cycles including
accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and bank settlement
processes. - Demonstrated ability to gather and document business
requirements, assist with solution configuration / design, and coordinate user
acceptance testing. - Strong collaboration skills with IT and vendors.
- Working knowledge of both relational and multi-dimensional data
modeling concepts and processes using Microsoft SQL. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability
to understand complex financial definitions and information and grasp
technology concepts. - Demonstrated experience supporting, configuring, and
administering financial systems, ideally Oracle Lawson, Hyperion, Concur, or
similar ERP platforms, including coordinating enhancements with IT and vendors. - Excellent written and oral communication skills to translate
business needs into clear requirements for IT partners.
