- Work as Whole House Resource Pool RN floating between ICU, PCU, and MS units
- 3x12 hour shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM (4x12s available by request)
- Must be comfortable working all three specialties with ratios up to 1:5
- Float every 4 hours as staffing needs are re-evaluated (may float 2-3 times per shift)
- Weekend requirement: Either every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts in 6-week block
- Must work one holiday per 13-week contract
- EPIC charting experience required
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- 2 years of ICU experience from large L1/L2 facility required
