About the Role
The Senior Manager, Workday Finance Systems, is responsible for providing advanced technical expertise and has ownership of the finance modules of the Workday platform, including Accounts Payable (AP), Expenses, Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Consolidation. Leveraging a deep understanding of Workday's architecture and financial processes, the Senior Manager will collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize and enhance the Workday Financial Management system to meet the evolving needs of the organization. No direct reports initially. But will as a future state plan.
Responsibilities
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and supporting Workday Financials modules, with a focus on AP, Expenses, Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Procurement, Financial Reporting and Consolidation.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Workday platform.
- Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, EIBs, Core Connectors, and other Workday development tools and technologies.
- Strong communication with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage integrations between Workday Financials and other internal and external systems.
- Monitor data migration and conversion activities to ensure accurate and timely transfer of financial data between systems, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation.
- Lead testing efforts for Workday Financials configurations and customizations, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate functionality and ensure adherence to business requirements and industry best practices.
- Support Workday feature release updates and enhancements.
- Perform security maintenance by collaborating with stakeholders to define security roles, access controls, and permission sets, ensuring the appropriate level of data security and segregation of duties.

South Jersey’s largest health system, serving over 13,000 employees across five hospitals and more than 250 additional service locations, is seeking a Senior Medical Imaging Analyst – EPIC Radiant for a hybrid 4–6 month contract-to-hire opportunity.
This role is responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining medical imaging and clinical applications across multiple service lines including Radiology, Cardiology, Neurology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Perinatal, and Dental. The ideal candidate will bring strong EPIC Radiant expertise, deep healthcare IT experience, and the ability to operate independently while leading projects and mentoring team members within a complex clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain medical imaging and clinical application solutions.
- Serve as subject matter expert for EPIC Radiant and related imaging applications across supported service lines.
- Analyze and document complex workflow and system requirements; recommend appropriate IS solutions.
- Lead application optimization efforts including upgrades, new functionality implementation, defect resolution, and vendor release management.
- Provide day-to-day support including troubleshooting, error management, workflow configuration, integration support, and system administration.
- Develop and maintain documentation standards for configuration, integrations, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with Informatics, IT, clinical leaders, and vendors to design future-state workflows and system integrations.
- Develop detailed design specifications and build application components aligned with customer needs and software capabilities.

- Ensure system performance, high availability, SLA compliance, and proactive monitoring of critical systems.
- Manage vendor relationships for multiple medical imaging and clinical applications.
- Mentor team members, lead service improvement initiatives, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Participate in disaster recovery testing and performance improvement initiatives across departments.
- Provide 24x7 on-call support as required.
Requirements
- EPIC Radiant certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 5+ years of healthcare IT experience, preferably within medical imaging technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in EPIC Radiant and multiple medical imaging or clinical applications.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, system integrations, and data integrity practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams) and ServiceNow.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and supporting multiple IT applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a decentralized, multi-entity healthcare environment.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, multiple priorities, and high-impact production systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and cybersecurity best practices.

Overview
The Utilization Management RN plays a vital role in evaluating members’ clinical conditions through detailed medical record review to determine medical necessity for services. Using advanced clinical knowledge and independent analysis, this position applies appropriate medical criteria to support high-quality, cost-effective care decisions.
This is a remote position with the opportunity for future on-site conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment to determine medical necessity using tools such as InterQual, Care Management Policy, and Medical Policy guidelines.
- Review and evaluate medical records, treatment plans, and histories to determine the appropriateness of inpatient, outpatient, and ancillary services.
- Contact providers to clarify or obtain additional clinical information as needed.
- Independently authorize medically necessary services based on established criteria.
- Refer cases that do not meet criteria to the Medical Director for further review.
- Identify members in need of discharge planning and collaborate with case management and physicians to ensure safe transitions of care.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and accreditation regulations and company policies.
- Document all utilization management activities accurately and timely per departmental procedures.
- Report potential utilization trends or issues to management with recommendations for improvement.
- Refer cases appropriately to Case Management, Disease Management, or Quality Management as indicated.
- Meet or exceed departmental productivity and turnaround time (TAT) goals.
Education/Licensure & Experience
- Active PA Licensed RN (or Compact License including PA) – required
