  • Ramp up with a structured plan and direct support from your Team Lead
  • Maintain assigned and new customer project opportunities
  • Maintain 24-hour quote turnaround times
  • Achieve positive customer NPS scores
  • Build lasting relationships with assigned accounts
  • Clear expectations because we believe in setting people up to succeed

What We're Lookng For

  • At least 1 year of project management or related field experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Comfort with 20-30% travel to job sites and customer locations both locally and nationally
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone who leads with solutions, communicates with clarity and confidence
  • You treat accountability as a strength and take ownership of outcomes
  • A track record of building trusted relationships and delivering results
  • Bonus: PMP or CAPM certification (we'll support your path to obtain either with $500 education reimbursement)
