Manhattan Active WMS Tech Analyst Direct Hire Remote

Tier4 Group is seeking a driven IT MAWM Technology Analyst to support and evolve enterprise‑wide IT initiatives centered on Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM). In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to system configuration, integrations, extensions, and advanced support—helping ensure our technology ecosystem scales with current and future business needs.

You’ll collaborate closely with IT, business partners, vendors, and QA teams while owning complex configurations, integrations, and L2/L3 troubleshooting in a fast‑paced warehouse and supply chain environment.

What You’ll Do

• Configure and support MAWM solutions using Manhattan Configuration Tools, Config Director, and APIs
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful API integrations (JSON/XML) between MAWM and third‑party systems such as ERP and TMS
• Create, deploy, monitor, and manage MAWM extension packs using ProActive
• Provide L2/L3 production support, including deep technical troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to understand, document, and enhance business and technical requirements
• Participate in the design, build, testing, validation, implementation, and ongoing support of application and infrastructure solutions
• Collaborate with IT, QA, and business teams on test planning and execution
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including:
• Configuration and extension specifications
• System architecture diagrams
• Integration mappings and API documentation
• Support enterprise initiatives by ensuring MAWM aligns with evolving operational and strategic goals

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM)
• Proven experience deploying and managing MAWM extensions using ProActive
• Strong expertise in:
• Manhattan Configuration Tools & Config Director
• API development and integration (REST, JSON/XML)
• Postman scripting and testing
• Experience integrating MAWM via MIF with external systems (ERP, TMS)
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting distribution centers or warehouse environments, especially in:

Executive Assistant

We are seeking a seasoned, highly capable Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO and support our Commercial Division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing day-to-day priorities while also supporting commercial property operations and special projects.

Our company owns and self-manages a diverse portfolio of multifamily, commercial, and hospitality properties across Pennsylvania, Florida, and New Jersey, in addition to a growing tequila brand. This position requires sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing email, calendars, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements

·      Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO by screening calls, emails, and requests, ensuring efficient and timely communication

·      Take detailed meeting notes and follow up on action items as needed

·      Draft, edit, and review correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO

·      Assist with personal tasks such as bill payments, appointment scheduling, and personal travel coordination

·      Read, research, collect, and analyze information in advance to help prioritize and streamline executive decision-making

·      Work closely with the Chief of Staff and Senior Commercial Property Manager to support administrative and operational needs

·      Serve as a primary liaison between property management, vendors, and tenants to support issue resolution, operational needs, and accounts receivable

·      Track inspections, certifications, and regulatory requirements for commercial properties

·      Provide administrative and strategic support throughout the commercial leasing process

·      Draft and review Letters of Intent (LOIs) and coordinate leasing documentation

·      Assist with coordinating tenant build-outs to ensure schedules and budgets are maintained

·      Obtain quotes, develop scopes of work, and coordinate vendor bids for various projects

·      Support accounting and property management teams in maintaining strong tenant relationships and minimizing outstanding balances

·      Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned by the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Senior Property Manager

·      Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

·      5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within real estate, development, property management, or a related field

·      Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

·      Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

·      Experience supporting leasing, vendors, or property management is a strong plus

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems

Working Conditions:

Physical Demands:

·      Ability to physically access all interior parts of the office

Job Description

Night Shift hours (4:30p - 1:00a)

Sets up, writes programs and edits existing programs, and operates numerically controlled machinery. These include but are not limited to lathes, mills, drills, and other machinery as required.

• Maintains quality and tolerances within .0003”.
• Follow written and verbal procedures for machining and other duties.
• Work from work order routings, prints, sketches, layout sheets, written and verbal instructions.
• Working knowledge of programming languages and the ability to learn / adapt per machine.
• Must be able to recognize and understand functions of machine parameters with the ability to modify as required per supervisor’s instructions.
• Utilize knowledge of working properties for a variety of materials such as stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron, brass, exotics, etc.
• Presets tools and may be required to re-sharpen.
• Inspect work produced using micrometer; bore gage, venire calipers, or other measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.
• Follow preventative maintenance procedures on equipment as prescribed by supervisor and report operating difficulties of equipment to supervisor.
• Perform duties in accordance with company safety policies, reports unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Make proper labor and time reports.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Keep machine(s) / work area clean and orderly.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities based upon individual branch requirements.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with a technical school education and working machinist knowledge or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of CNC machine tool Programming & Operating experience.
• Numerical control machining skills experience and ability to read and interpret work related machine drawings.
• Make average to complicated mathematical calculations and resolve elementary technical problems.
• CNC Programmer/Operator will be compensated in accordance with defined expertise, experience and production efficiency.
• Can operate a minimum of 2 CNC machine tools.
• Possesses previous experience as a Manual machinist.
• Must be detail oriented; be able to work independently using sound judgment.
• Good verbal, written, problem solving and organization skills required.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Pay Range: $27.00 - $30.00 hr.

Position offers an additional $2.00 Shift Differential.

• Install, maintain, improve and repair equipment, plant services and building installations to set levels effectively in compliance with best practices ensuring production efficiency can be met within a safe well-presented facility.
• Respond to technical issues affecting production and maintain electrical and mechanical services through application of advanced Total Productive Maintenance tools and techniques.
• Plays a pivotal role in helping guide the Engineering and Maintenance teams through extensive training, mentoring and technical support to continuously improve and upgrade equipment and technician capabilities.
• High level production breakdown support through root cause problem solving, with minimal downtime to production. Ability to take these incidents and develop long term technical solutions to eliminate recurrence of issue through machine upgrades.
• Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices. Develop and improve SOP’s to support production, sanitation and maintenance staff have detailed instructions and machine setting guidelines for optimal performance.
• Calibrate or adjust equipment to ensure quality production using such tools as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, protractors, or ring gauges.
• Document and use center-lining tools to standardize machine operations.
• Assist in all aspects of manufacturing electrical and mechanical equipment with an emphasis on quality, organization and neatness using tools such as 5S and TPM techniques and approaches.
• Work in coordination with the Maintenance Manager on major projects leading sub-project activities
• Prepare reports and recommendations on machines and repairs required for Maintenance Manager.
• Train maintenance technicians how to estimate length of time required to complete a job and likely consequences of failure to complete work within required timescales.
• Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management along with designed recommendations on how to resolve.
• Develop preventive maintenance tasks and activities and work with PM coordinator to enter EAM and train technicians on how to follow and complete.
• Plan and prioritize workload to support production and ensure efficient use of working time.
• Ensure all lost time, minor and trivial accidents are reported.
• Ensure all company procedures are understood and followed.
• Ensure a safe working environment exists for self and colleagues, ensuring all health, safety environmental and quality management procedures are followed and achieve the company’s and department KPI targets.
• Undertake special projects as required.
• Actively utilize continuous improvement methodology to progress the maintenance function.
• Assist visiting specialist when necessary.
• Ensure that contractors are utilized in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow up on any temporary repairs and generate a work order in the EAM (Enterprise Asset Management System)
• Know where emergency STOP and START/STOP buttons are located
• Responsible for following all Lock Out/Tag Out procedures for machine when necessary
• Complete a Food Safety Incident Report if an incident occurs
• Complete an Incident Report if there are any injuries.
• Participates and assists in any audits when requested
• Follow and enforce all company GMP procedures. Document any violations
• Support without hesitation General Plant Safety, Food Safety, Food Defense Initiatives and Good Manufacturing Practices with an understanding that these are absolutes and are Priority #1.
