Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Manage the full flow of resources from point of origin to point of destination, ensuring compliance with all DoD and contractual requirements.

• Support inspections, audits, and COR reviews of documentation, processes, and labor qualifications.
• Ensure configuration management and accountability for complex mechanical and electronic systems/equipment.
• Interface with Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Government personnel to coordinate requirements.
• Provide regular status reports, inventory summaries, and discrepancy resolutions.

Job Summary and QualificationsThe Progressive Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.
What you will do in this role:
- Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider.
- Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Perform the administration of prescribed medications and monitors response.
- Maintain a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date

- Associate Degree

Job Summary and QualificationsAs a highly-skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse in Post-Surgical Care Unit you will provide the best possible preventative, supportive, and nursing care to each patient receiving care for acute medical/surgical care of diseases and conditions. You will work to provide patients with an individualized care plan through assessment and planning. Our team supports each other like family and we are looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.
In this role:
- You will provide assessment and planning for individualized patient care.
- You will respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
- You will provide care for the patient in collaboration with the patient/family, with regard to developmental, cultural and age specific differences, develops and implements patient care plans to include problems, goals, evaluations and interventions.
- You will communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient’s clinical condition and results of diagnostic studies.
- You will perform nursing duties as needed in the continuum of care for all patients.
- You will participate in process improvement efforts and activities for the department.
- You will work collaboratively with Social Service and Pastoral care to support and provide families emotional and end of life resources such as Hospice to facilitate a dignified end.
- You will act in a composed and professional manner, especially under pressure.
- Current State of Alaska Registered Nurse License.
- Associates Degree in Nursing required. BSN is preferred.
- 1+ year of RN experience
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.

Job Summary and QualificationsAs the Nurse Manager of Surgical Services you will be responsible for assisting the Director with the planning, administering, and evaluating the operations of the Operating Room. We are looking for someone who has a passion for creating an environment focused on providing excellent care to patients and their families.
In this Manager role:
- You will have experience with role modeling and sustaining patient and family centered care and direct staff as they care for patients and educate families.
- You will share accountability for the standards and scope of nursing practice within the unit.
- You will work with the Director on department staffing; hiring, evaluating, guiding, disciplining, and scheduling of staff.
- You will act in a composed and professional manner, especially under pressure
- You will develop and communicate a shared vision for the department consistent with the hospitals vision.
- You will be skilled at identifying the strengths and weaknesses of staff performance and work with them on training and development accordingly.
- You will have the ability to effectively coordinate functions with staff, physicians and other departments of the hospital with a focus on throughput based on the patient’s needs.
Qualifications:
- Current Alaska nursing license in good standing.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification within 30 days of hire.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and Certification preferred
- Two years clinical experience in Preop, PACU and/or Endo required (experience in all three areas preferred)
- Previous leadership experience required.
