The FX/MM Operations Consultant will be responsible for creating, processing, and validating corporate and interbank FX/MM payments and settlements using internal transaction processing systems and related applications.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Process and approve all FX and MM corporate/interbank trades using internal transaction processing systems in a timely manner.
- Prepare and verify manual payments (Fed, CHIPS, SWIFT) as needed.

- We’re looking for a team player who can take ownership of projects from start to finish, while also pushing the work beyond expectations. The ability to manage timelines, incorporate feedback, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively is essential.
Experience and Education:
- 5+ years’ experience in branding/design
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Ability to lead projects from concept through completion across a variety of applications
- Strategic thinker, capable of translating trend analysis and competitive insights into actionable outcomes
- Collaborative team player with strong leadership instincts
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work with a positive attitude under tight deadlines
- Highly organized, with strong time management, prioritization skills, and LOVEs to take notes.
- Proficiency in Figma, Midjourney, Gemini, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Dimension)
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction & Execution
- Collaborate on the development of creative concepts and designs across print, digital, and multimedia projects
- Understand project goals and deliver thoughtful, effective creative solutions
- Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and are completed on schedule
Visual Design & Brand Stewardship
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all creative output
- Create and present design concepts, mood boards, and prototypes to stakeholders
- Art direct and oversee photo shoots, video productions, and other creative initiatives to ensure alignment with the overall vision
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage, mentor, and inspire interns and freelance designers
- Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability for deadlines and quality
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement
