On-call responsibilities will be for the practice, including oversight of midwives, and hospital call during evening hours.
On specific days, you will be required to handle both patient visits in the office (minimal number of visits) and hospital call.
Support Staff: The practice is supported by 4 midwives and 1 Nurse Practitioner (NP), as well as experienced hospital and practice staff.
The locum provider will work closely with the midwives and NP for any clinical support required during the assignment.
Requirements: Must be Board Certified in OB/GYN.
Must have active state licensure and be available for the specified coverage dates.
Must be comfortable working with a midwifery team and providing support during midwife call.
Ideal Candidate: Compassionate and dedicated to patient care.
Experienced in handling both outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN care.
Comfortable with call coverage and handling emergency cases as needed.

This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:
- Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols
- Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed
- Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate
- Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary
- Provide services at the member’s place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities

- Consistency – Although we conduct assessments Sunday – Saturday from 8 am – 7 pm, our full-time (FT) providers typically work Monday – Friday from 8:00 to 5:30.

Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Radiology Technician, you will:
- Perform timely and quality radiology procedures for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physician.
- Perform quality control checks/audits on radiologic equipment.
- Perform drug screens, urinalysis and other in-house lab tests including processing specimens for reference laboratories.
- Maintain records and logs on activities including in-house lab work, drug screens, and x-rays sent out to other labs.
- Ensure occupational client’s preference card is followed and occupational procedures are adhered to.
- Assist with general patient care when needed.
You Should Have:
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is beneficial
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Graduated from an accredited school of Radiological Sciences
- Current ARRT license is required
- General Medical Radiology Technician (GMRT) license if required by the state
- The ability to obtain a BLS Certification is required within 30 days of start
- Must obtain a Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment or promotion
