- Contract Length: Ongoing
- Regular: M-Th (Elective) Fridays ? Emergent only (i.e. c-section)
- Shift Hours: 8 or 10 hours Monday-Thursday. Weekend Call (7am-7am) and PM Call (330p-7a)
- Friday - Emergent cases only (c-section and possibly oner other case)
- Required: Weekend and PM call as needed
- All call is beeper call. The response time is 30 minutes. If there is a need to stay onsite to fulfill the requirement, both hospitals have sleep rooms for the CRNAs.
- Providers will be required to float between 2 facilities. (20 minutes apart)
- Full Time availability is strongly preferred.
- Weekend and PM call required and is rotated between all providers.
- General and OB. Must be ok with supervised and unsupervised care models.
- Facility 1: Supervised, 1 MD on site ? not on call
- Facility 2: Unsupervised, VBAC/TOLAC experience required. **Strong OB Experience required
- For call: Epidural and (TAP) block required
- Support staff: Unsupervised at Facility 2. Will need a strong CRNA. Will have MDs to assist.
- Patient population/age: Adults and PEDs
- Special procedures: VBAC/TOLAC, Tap Blocks, Epidurals, Spinal and peripheral blocks.
- Skills required: PEDs, ENT
- There are no cardiac surgeries performed at either site. At facility 1, there are cardioversions and TEEs performed by the cardiologist. The CRNAs do not need to be certified, as they are not doing the TEE.
- TEEs and cardioversions are scheduled relatively infrequently. Usually, there are not more than a few per month.
- Required: MN license, NBCRNA, ACLS, BLS, 1 year experience
