About the Role
Swig Life is seeking an experienced Creative Director to join our team and lead creative efforts with intensity and purpose. In this role, you will be responsible for executing creative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. What You'll Do

Who You Are

POSITION OVERVIEW
The MEP Superintendent's is responsible for successfully managing all MEP critical deliverables for the project including early planning, develop schedule, coordinate MEP activities, manage critical equipment deliveries, and manage energization safety. The Weekend Miracles Program works to match older foster youth with host families who spend at least two days a month with the child. By mentoring and advocating for an older child in foster care, the host family has a direct role in helping them find an adoptive family.
This internship program is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to get a sense of what it takes to run a nonprofit program that services at-risk youth within the realm of child welfare. This role is primarily administrative, supporting our Program Coordinator with preparing monthly connection events and engaging with our kids and families in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities for the Weekend Miracles intern are as follows:
- Attend advocacy events (during the week or on weekends) and assist with their coordination (Identify event locations, plan activities, prepare materials, create event flyers, advertise to communities, invite media, archive post-event photography, etc.).
- Assist with the creation, maintenance, and updating of program materials, advocacy flyers, spreadsheets, website postings, and files for children and families.

Position Summary
The Workforce Readiness Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization has the adequate skills and capabilities to meet the short-term and long-term goals of the site. The Workforce Readiness Manager will partner with site leadership and human resources to ensure operational stability by accelerating operator progression resulting in a talent pipeline of experienced operators and own the overall training and developments plan for the site.
Primary Functions & Essential Responsibilities
Lead the overall training and learning strategy for the Chesterfield site and develop training programs for employees designed to give employees the knowledge and capability to meet the specific organizational goals efficiently and effectively.
Plans & Aligns
- Develop a strategy to mitigate risk to both short and long-term operational stability by accelerating operator training progression by reducing the cycle time around operators becoming fully qualified
- Operate with a continuous improvement mindset to elevate current training processes and materials to enhance operating knowledge and the cause and effect/troubleshooting components of each role within an operations area.

● Partner with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure platform compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2).
Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
● Serve as the internal Salesforce subject matter expert and trusted strategic advisor. ● Develop documentation, training materials, and enablement resources to support new features and optimized workflows.
● Establish feedback loops and success metrics to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact.
Qualifications
Required
● 4–7+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a product management, business analyst, platform owner, or similar capacity.
● Deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, including:
○ Service Cloud
○ Marketing Cloud
○ Health Cloud (preferred)
○ Agentforce (experience or exposure)
● Proven experience evaluating and implementing AppExchange packages and third-party integrations.
● Strong ability to analyze end-to-end business workflows and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
● Demonstrated success driving platform adoption, engagement, and change management.
Preferred
● Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Advanced Admin, Business Analyst, Service Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder.
● Experience supporting healthcare, operations-heavy environments, contact centers, or customer support organizations.
● Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management frameworks.
