* *Annualized earning potential:* $44,000$65,000+ based on caseload and experience

*Qualifications*
* Active *Washington State LMFTA* license (Associate Marriage & Family Therapist)
* *Masters degree* in Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
* Strong *communication and relational skills*

* Eagerness to grow under *supervision and mentorship*
