Provider should be comfortable working with all ages.
Department Description: Community Health Center.
Providers should have experience in these settings or express interest to work with vulnerable populations.
They service migrants and refugees and have interpretative services available on site.
Provider is not required to be bilingual, but would be a plus.
OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, chronic disease management.
They will consider providers for a minimum of 3 days/week if they are local and do not require housing.
They maybe caring for same day walk in patients.
EMR: EPIC Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures.
Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
Skills Required: Expected to hit ground running.
Will be a 1 week ramp up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.

Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus.
