Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive primary care to aging adults Manage acute and chronic conditions Create and maintain individualized care plans Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team (IDT) Partner closely with TeamHealth supervising physicians Schedule & Setting Full-Time: 5-day workweek, Monday through Friday Setting: Inpatient post-acute care facilities Call: Daytime only, Monday???Friday (no nights or weekends) Qualifications: Board-certified FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA.

Active NP/PA license in the state of Washington.

DEA certification preferred, but not mandatory.

Open to both new graduates and experienced practitioners.
