Position Highlights:
Clinic Location: Redlands, Ca
Clinic Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a-5pm, baked in administrative time each day
* Call Schedule : Currently 24-hour call one in every 5 that can be taken from home if within the
specified time/distance from the hospital
* Comfortable seeing wide range of Obstetrical and Gynecological conditions
* Manage patient care for routine well woman’s exams, follow up appointments, family and
pre-natal care.
* Deliveries and surgeries performed at nearby hospital and ASC – Redlands Community Hospital and San Gorgonio

Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.), or M.B.B.S
Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Active, unrestricted medical license in CA or the ability to obtain prior to employment

The salary range for this role is $278,500 to $484,500 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Division of Gastroenterology, is seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to join our team. A focus in General GI is desired, but additional specialized expertise would be welcome.
Clinical duties would be primarily outpatient, divided evenly between clinic and endoscopy at the hospital and ambulatory surgery center. Active involvement in teaching fellows, residents and students will be expected. Mentorship and protected time will be provided for career development. The Division of Gastroenterology includes 18 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers, with expertise in therapeutic endoscopy, hepatology, IBD, motility and genetics.
The Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition includes a growing faculty practicing at the University Hospital, Riverside County hospital, and the VA; this position would be primarily at the University location and involve teaching fellows and residents. Division faculty include nationally known experts in hepatology, therapeutic endoscopy and IBD. The environment is extremely collegial and mission focused on patient care and education.
Faculty within the Department of Medicine are welcome to explore academic pursuits through teaching and/or research, as well as provide care to the underserved through our partnerships with SAC Health System in the Inland Empire and Guam Seventh-day Adventist Clinic in Micronesia. Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Pediatrics, is seeking BC/BE candidates specializing in Pediatric Gastroenterology for a full-time position to join our Division.
The Department of Pediatrics of the Loma Linda University School of Medicine is seeking one Gastroenterologist join the division of Pediatric Gastroenterology. The Pediatric Gastroenterology division currently has eight Pediatric Gastroenterologists and a Nurse Practitioner.
The division provides comprehensive gastroenterology and nutrition services to patients in Inland Empire of Southern California. Outpatient services are provided through clinics in general gastroenterology as well as specialized team center clinics caring for patients with intestinal failure (home TPN), enteral feeding tube, inflammatory bowel disease, cystic fibrosis, chronic lung disease, spina bifida, home mechanical ventilation, and liver disease. Pediatric GI team center clinics are supported by a nurse specialist, a dietician, a social worker, and other administrative staff.
LLUMC and Children’s Hospital is a tertiary care referral center for the Inland Empire that spans Riverside, San Bernardino, Inyo, and Mono counties of Southern California. There is state of the art endoscopy lab at Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital providing all endoscopic procedures, general motility studies, bio-feedback program, IB Stim, breath hydrogen studies, and esophageal pH studies. There is full-time anesthesia service for endoscopy procedures. There is no liver transplant program but pre and post liver transplant is co-managed with regional liver transplant institutions.
As the member of the division, the applicant’s duties will include: providing clinical care to pediatric gastroenterology patients, teaching responsibilities for the Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and pediatric residency program. The Applicant should be an excellent clinician and teacher, as Loma Linda Children’s hospital has a large residency program. There are 84 pediatric residents and 16 Med-Peds residents that come through the gastroenterology program. The applicant with experience/interest in motility disorders is preferred. There are ample opportunities for basic as well as clinical research.
