Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • The physician serves as medical director for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and participates in administrative and quality initiatives for the facilities he or she is responsible for;
  • Medical directorship functions include attending and participating in monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings; participating in quality improvement initiatives; providing guidance to facility staff; reviewing and revising (if necessary) facility's clinical guidelines; insuring compliance with state and federal regulations, training facility staff; and supervising facility clinical staff.
  • In addition to the medical director role, the physician also serves as the attending physician for the residents residing at each facility;
  • The physician collaborates with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day to day resident care at each facility. Typically, each facility will have a full-time PA or NP assigned to the facility depending on the acuity and volume of the patient population;
  • Physician will provide high quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services by rounding on patients residing in SNFs;
  • Physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with acute illness, such as bacterial and viral infections, as well as chronic diseases and conditions, such as hypertension, heart disease, or diabetes
  • Physician must be able to supervise collaborating nurse practitioners and physicians assistants


Compensation

  • Compensation ranges approximately from $1,300.00 - $1,550.00 (daily rate)
  • Sign-on bonus based on days worked, contract terms, and base compensation

As a Successful Treasury Accountant, You Will


  • Coordinate the Replacement/Completion of escrow processes.
  • Correspond with lenders to confirm payment of real property tax statements; perform reconciliations of real estate tax escrows.
  • Coordinate payment of real and personal property taxes for all communities and manufactured homes.
  • Administer the corporate credit card program.
  • Ensure all mortgages and other debt is received, processed and paid timely.
  • Prepare surety/utility/abandonment bonds for filings/renewals.
  • Process Electronic Fund Transfers timely.
  • Process third party W-9 requests.
  • Provide backup to process lien waivers for reserves, insurance, and corporate use.
  • Process Flood Insurance policies.

Minimum Requirements:


  • A minimum of 1 year of accounting experience.

Position Overview

The ICT Engineer will play a key role in planning, designing, and implementing network infrastructure, communications technologies, and intelligent building systems. This role requires a strong technical foundation in structured cabling, network systems, wireless technologies, and industry standards, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, field installation, and client teams.


Key Responsibilities

•Develop ICT infrastructure designs, drawings, and specifications including structured cabling, pathways, and equipment rooms

•Support outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) low-voltage system planning

•Create technical documentation, submittals, and as-built packages

•Perform site surveys, assessments, and technology audits

•Assist in wireless network planning, DAS coordination, and technology integration

•Provide engineering support during installation, testing, and commissioning

•Ensure compliance with TIA, BICSI, NEC, and relevant standards

•Collaborate with project managers, field technicians, engineers, and clients

•Troubleshoot ICT-related issues during design and build phases

Qualifications

Required

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field — OR equivalent experience

•Strong understanding of ICT design standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, NEC)

•Knowledge of structured cabling, fiber, network hardware, pathways, and grounding

•Technical aptitude with network systems, Wi-Fi, DAS, and smart building technology

•Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills


Preferred

•BICSI credentials (RCDD, DCDC, TECH, INST, RTPM, etc.)

•CCNA, Network+, or similar networking certifications
