Summary:
The competent Nurse, in the Nursery, Mother Baby Unit, Postpartum, NICU, PICU, or Acute Pediatric practices, independently and demonstrates an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. Provides routine and complex care, in accordance with patient treatment plans. Continues to develop the ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing. BLS is required
PALS required if working in a Pediatric department
RN License in the state of employment or compact required
NRP is required
Current STABLE (Post-resuscitation/Pre-transport Stabilization Care of Sick Infants) certification required from one of the following courses: Participant, Lead Instructor, or Support Instructor

- Identify and quantify insufficiency drivers; analyze recurring failures across warehouses, vendors, and commodities; isolate systemic vs event-based causes (capacity constraints, vendor cuts/late deliveries, short buys/late PO release, promo lift/baseline misalignment, item setup/parameters)
- Support recovery execution forums; provide inputs for "insufficient POV & commodities" reviews, quantify OvS impacts by division, and track recovery actions (including coordination needs such as "hot loads")
- Prepare vendor/merch escalation analytics; develop evidence packages to trigger escalation mechanisms for vendor-related issues (service failures, MAP/allocation constraints, substitution/deactivation impacts)
- Support ORAD, OTIF transition; ensure new OTIF reporting logic is clean and can be ingested into the Executive Scorecard

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Site Manager (Lab Operations) for a 12-month contract role based in Cincinnati, OH. This role will support on-site laboratory operations, workforce coordination, and act as a key interface between leadership and operational teams in a regulated environment.
To be considered, candidates should have strong experience in laboratory or testing environments, along with proven leadership in managing teams, scheduling, and operational workflows. Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, pharma, or biotech is highly preferred.
Pay Range: $42/hr – $47/hr on W2 (The pay rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Senior Site Manager responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary on-site liaison between leadership and operational teams
- Oversee daily laboratory and testing operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Manage workforce scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow planning
- Ensure accurate timekeeping, billing, and financial data tracking
- Utilize tools like Smartsheet (or similar) for scheduling and reporting
- Support supervisors and team leads with operational execution
- Handle employee coordination, performance-related matters, and team organization
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards
- Identify operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a laboratory or testing environment
- 5+ years of team leadership / people management experience
- Experience working in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, medical devices, etc.)
- Strong experience with:
- Workforce scheduling and resource planning
- Timekeeping and billing processes
- Financial tracking and reporting
- Smartsheet or similar scheduling tools
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience managing lab operations at scale
- Familiarity with compliance and quality systems in regulated environments
- Experience working as a client-facing or stakeholder-facing site lead

Primary Responsibilities:
- Loading/unloading delivery trucks.
- Making deliveries to clients and setting up items as needed.
- Maintaining accurate delivery and pickup records.
- Accurately accounting for quantity/condition of items returned by clients to the warehouse.
- Knowing specifics and applications of rental inventory, so to better answer questions and provide direction.
- While driving company vehicles, serving as company representative, observing all laws and drive in a safe and courteous manner and completing safety inspection/safety check daily on vehicles.
- Maintaining communication with the Transportation Manager and while efficiently completing your daily route.
- Immediately reporting to the Transportation Manager and all issues, accidents and near misses that may occur with a customer, a customer's property, an AO employee, AO equipment, or other property while running a route.
The DSR will be expected to adhere to all company methods, policies, procedures, rules and requirements found in the All Occasions Employee Handbook and DSR Manual, as well as, verbal directions from company managers. They will also comply with all company safety rules and government regulations while working
The primary hours for this position arebetween 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Saturday, but due to the nature of the business and this position, other hours will be required as necessary to provide for customer needs, including some Holidays, Sundays and after hours.
Working Conditions: As this position does require occasional outdoor set-up, you may be exposed to the general range of weather experienced in the area. You will work in areas that are not heated or air conditioned is routine. You may have exposure to chemicals, including but not limited to gasoline, diesel fuel, propane, kerosene and cleaning solvents. Propane is an obvious hazard; hence a sense of smell is required.
The ideal candidate must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs., maintain a professional personal appearance, and must possess excellent customer relations skills. They will also be able to stoop, crouch, bend, lift, lower, reach, twist, pull, push, cart and carry items.
Education, Skills & Requirements:
- Must maintain a valid driver's license, DOT certification, and insurance eligibility.
- Ability to speak English clearly and write legibly.
- The ability to speak other languages is a plus.
- Must pass company drug screen.
- Must maintain an acceptable attendance record.
- Must have a full range of motion and dexterity.
- Ability to provide, understand and complete instructions furnished in written, oral or demonstrated form.
- Maintain a cooperative working relationship with co-workers.
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of patience.
