The Principal Product Engineer will learn the technical aspect of key product in the Andover, MA factory.  The Product Engineer will be product centric technical liaison, focused on driving collaboration across work centers and all disciplines to resolve technical issues, improve efficiencies and optimize overall product yield to ensure high-quality and cost-effective products and systems. You will utilize data analysis, CORE methodologies, and technical understanding to maximize overall product test yield, efficiency, and value.

What You Will Do

• Address major yield and technical issues highlighted by tech leads and factory operation managers.

• Perform data analysis and provide direction for overall product yield and performance improvement.

• Facilitate collaboration across manufacturing work centers and design engineering.

• Empower production test engineer to resolve complex failures through data driven troubleshooting technique.

• Establish technical understanding of the product architecture, subassemblies, and test requirement.

• Partner with test and design engineering team to develop sustaining solution to technical problems with root cause and corrective action identification.  

• Requires direct support of manufacturing test activities and spending a large amount of time directly on the factory floor in support of a highly demanding dynamic environment.

Qualifications You Must Have  

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and typically a minimum 8 years of relevant experience

• 4+ years in Production testing/troubleshooting

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

The Systems Engineering, Integrated Systems Department is seeking a Systems Engineering Technical Lead for the NASAMS product line. This role requires strong technical expertise and engineering leadership skills to drive the design and development of world-class air and missile defense systems.

The Integrated Systems Department supports Raytheon by providing world-class weapon systems engineering. Domain expertise includes radar systems, effector systems, battle management, command and control, network design, battlespace integration, and interoperability for both domestic and international customers.

You will work alongside motivated engineers who are responsible for conducting systems engineering studies and trades; supporting system requirements definition and analysis; and contributing to algorithm development, integration, test, and evaluation.

What You Will Do

• Provide technical oversight and management for a variety of Systems Engineering efforts

• Concept and requirements development (including decomposition and flowdown) within a mature product-line

• Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development and design

• Algorithm optimization and development

• Multi-disciplinary development efforts across the kill-chain for an Air and Missile Defense System

• Collaboration with customer to bring new capabilities to the warfighter

• Functional analysis of real world and test data; trade studies to bring advanced features to fielded system

• Support and lead Internal and External Program and Design Reviews

• Collaborate with other IPT/CPT leads from the various functions and products

• Support and lead Internal Research and Development for future capability upgrades

• System integration and test support, including live fire test events

• Periods of travel up to 25% of time both domestically and internationally

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience

• Experience with Air Defense Systems in systems engineering roles supporting development or production

• Experience with managing budget, scope and/or earned value

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Process Engineer with a strong background in EPC project execution, proven history of developing FEED packages for chemicals/fuels and novel process scale-up, to assist with the design, commissioning and deployment of our first-of-a-kind (FOAK) methane-to-methanol conversion technology.

This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development and commissioning of a transformative, cost-effective chemicals production technology. In this role you will work in a multidisciplinary engineering team and support key engineering efforts across FEED, detailed design, fabrication, and start-up, partnering closely with EPC contractors, technology partners, and internal R&D teams.

● Lead engineering efforts for FOAK systems from engineering design through commissioning, ensuring delivery

● Strong hands-on experience with process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS)

● Field experience with plant commissioning, troubleshooting, and start-up

Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity exists at Raytheon for a Semiconductor Dry Etch Engineering Lead to join our III-V compound semiconductor foundry team fabricating gallium nitride and gallium arsenide-based devices within the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department.  This role requires a broad understanding of microelectronics processing and subject matter expertise in one or more dry etch related techniques including plasma ashing/descum, reactive ion etching (RIE), and inductively coupled etching (ICP).

As a member of the AMS Department, the individual in this role will serve as the dry etch processes lead engineer and collaborate with the various engineering work centers in the III-V semiconductor wafer foundry. The candidate will lead and assist projects in process sustainment, capital allocation, directing process and capital qualifications, improving cycle time, improving product yield, developing new data driven controls, and driving overall wafer movement efficiency.

The chosen candidate is expected to be an innovative and creative thinker capable of probing issues and reaching solutions both independently and in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of various microelectronics processing techniques beyond deposition, including wet and dry etching, lift-off techniques, photolithography, metrology, process characterization, foundry data integrity, and large data analysis methods.

The candidate is expected to work well in large and small, cross-functional teams, understand foundry processes, determine capacity limitations, improve overall equipment effectiveness, identify yield improvement opportunities, gather sponsorship and team resources, and execute on continuous improvement activities. Presence on the foundry floor is essential for quick resolution of technical issues as well as the ability to work with operations, facilities, equipment, and quality teams. Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking a skilled and motivated Cross Product Team Lead (CPTL) to support a large Patriot missile program. The CPTL is responsible for various engineering activities, including defining early integration in cooperation with the project development teams, directing CPT engineers, supporting the planning for requirements sell off, planning, execution, and analysis for system integration and verification, in hardware-in-the-loop facilities, ground and flight tests. Activities require the ability to support alternate shifts and/or extended hours and require travel. This position is onsite based in Andover, MA.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for cost, schedule and execution for Missile systems integration, verification and validation scope across a program.
• Lead a small team of engineers with planning and execution of integration and test activities for missile sub-assemblies.
• Working with systems engineers to define knowledge points ensuring risk burn-down throughout the development process.
• Mentor junior engineers with establishing methodical and disciplined processes for planning and execution of integration and test activities.
• Prepare documentation such as test plans, procedures, integration information sheets, test cases, and reports.
• Analyze data to identify and resolve system performance issues and complete requirement verification.
• Compile, summarize, and present data analysis to internal and external stakeholders, including program leadership and external customers.
• Collaborate across engineering functions to drive performance and resolve issues. Includes working closely with operations and manufacturing teams.
• Brief Program Management and USG customer on plans and status
• Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives. Regular travel between multiple Raytheon locations in Massachusetts is required. Occasional domestic and potential international travel.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience developing program baselines, managing cost, schedule and quality for technical projects.
• Experience leading/contributing to proposals, such as creating BOEs or contributing to leadership proposal reviews.

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with system integration, verification and test of complex missile systems.
• Experience with planning and conducting integration and test events such as flight test missions.
• Earned Value Certification.
• Test Architect Certification.
• Ability to collaborate with other engineering disciplines, Quality, Reliability, and program management.

The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a Chief Product Owner (CPO) to lead the overall vision, strategy, and coordination of the C5I business area operating within the organization’s agile, multi-team environments. In this role, you will lead a team of product owners, align product goals with business strategy, and resolve dependencies, ensuring coordinated execution across the C5I programs scope.

What You Will Do

• Lead a matrixed engineering team, fostering collaboration across disciplines to meet program objectives and exceed customer expectations.

• Partner with the program leadership team to define and implement the "Definition of Done," ensuring quality and consistency throughout the product lifecycle.

• Serve as the primary interface with internal stakeholders, aligning technical execution with programmatic and business goals.

• Define, communicate, and implement the product vision and strategy to meet product line objectives.

• Oversee AGILE processes across SCRUM Teams, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scaled Daily Meetings, Tech Times, and Team Demos.

• Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog to ensure efficient execution of project goals.

• Support the program leadership team in providing innovative solutions to challenging problems for U.S. customers.

• Lead customer-facing demonstrations of the C5I system to potential new customers, contributing to the growth of the product line.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.

Qualifications We Prefer
