Our team ensures you are fully informed, supported, and cared for throughout the entire experience.
Gestational Carrier Requirements
To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Between 21–39 years old
- U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
- Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
- No more than two (2) C-sections
- Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
- No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
- No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
- Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
- Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
- Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
- Have a stable home environment and strong support system
All qualifications will be reviewed in detail during your initial consultation.
Compensation & Benefits
We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:
Base Compensation
- $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)
Additional Benefits
- $250 monthly expense allowance
- $500 maternity clothing allowance
- $10,500 for multiple birth
- Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
- Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
- Travel reimbursement
- $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
- $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)
All medical expenses, legal representation, and services related to the surrogacy journey are covered.

This staff member performs all pre-claim submission activities, including verifying existing information is accurate, determining when additional data is needed, and collecting necessary details to ensure claims are complete.
Additionally, this individual follows departmental productivity and quality control measures that support the organization’s operational goals.
This position promotes revenue integrity and accurate reimbursement for the organization by ensuring timely and accurate billing, timely payer follow-up activities and collection of accounts.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Duty 1: Maintains a thorough understanding and education of federal and state regulations and payer specific policies and requirements to promote compliant claims submission practices.
Adheres to HIPAA related privacy, security and transaction & code set regulations in compliance with the federal guidelines.
Accurately documents all account activity.
Duty 2: Accurately and efficiently works daily electronic billing file through the organization’s billing system by resolving all necessary corrections with valid resolution to obtain a clean first-time reimbursement.
Duty 3: Corrects all claims issues prior to submission which may be, but are not limited to, quality audits of patient demographic information and insurance eligibility, cross referencing with previous services, verifying payer authorizations, identifies and bills missing and late charges and corrects all necessary discrepancies.
Submits required clinical documentation for submission with claims and collaborates with additional departments of the hospital to ensure claims are ready for billing and first-time payment.
Duty 4: Educates staff in other departments when existing documentation is not sufficient for billing.
Duty 5: Prepares and submits manual insurance claims to payers who do not accept electronic claims or who require special handling.
Duty 6: Monitors and analyzes error reports to identify significant trends, process improvements or efficiencies and increase accuracy to achieve the overall goals of the department and organization.
Duty 7: Monitors outstanding billing holds, escalates accounts as necessary, accurately works delayed claims and reports any trends, issues or findings to supervisor.
Duty 8: Observes best practice billing, follow up and customer service activities and reports any suspected compliance issues to supervisor.
Duty 9: Identifies high-risk accounts, prioritizes follow up efforts, efficiently contacts various insurance payors to determine reasons for outstanding claims and proactively communicates to facilitate timely payment of submitted claims.
Duty 10: Investigates any over/underpayments and communicates with payers when necessary to rectify any pending or delayed claims.
Duty 11: Proactively recognizes and rectifies any issues to prevent future insurance payor audits and communicates findings promptly to leadership.
Duty 12: Regularly attends and actively participates in staff meetings, training and continuing education that aligns with recognized improvement opportunities, payer policies and procedures and ensures to maintain up to date certifications.

The attendant develops competency in and performs basic sleep testing procedures and associated interventions.
Professional duties include: Obtaining intake data, instrumenting the patient for testing, observing and documenting the patient’s sleep behavior, operating and troubleshooting the sleep diagnostic equipment and providing therapeutic intervention when indicated to include Oxygen Therapy, Basic Airway Management, setup and applying nocturnal fixed PAP system and titrate, Non-Invasive Blood Gas Monitoring, CPR, and patient education and monitoring response.
Assist with polysomnographic scoring and generation of accurate reports.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Duty 1: Verifies orders and reviews charts for pertinent data about medical history and sleep/wake complaints.
Completes all necessary paperwork for each study including thorough documentation of all patient observations, interactions, and responses to therapy for effective delivery of care.
Duty 2: Prepares patients for studies by educating on purpose and procedure and accurately applying electrodes/sensors per policy and procedures.
Duty 3: Completes set up, calibrates, and troubleshoots all monitoring equipment and reports any malfunctioning equipment to maintain quality tracing to have artifact-free signals.
Duty 4: Follows pre and post test procedures.
Recognizes and responds appropriately to patient medical problems and physiological events.
Notifies medical director of any patient events that would assist physician in making a diagnosis.
Duty 5: Follows policy and procedures for PAP and oxygen administration including proper interface fitting, patient demonstration, and titration.
Duty 6: Removes, cleans and stores patient care equipment according to infection control and department policy and procedures.
Duty 7: Knows how to respond to emergency medical situations per policy and other circumstances as listed in Safety Manual Guidelines.
Insures emergency equipment is functioning and available.
Duty 8: Appropriately handles hazardous materials in accordance with OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe environment according to policy.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Medical office experience PHYSICAL DEMANDS The polysomnographic technologist is subject to stressful clinical situations and professional relationships.
The technologist is in contact with patients on a daily basis and may be exposed to infectious diseases.
The equipment and disinfecting agents used by the technologist may pose environmental hazards.
Lifting or moving equipment and patients may result in muscular strain.
The technologist works in a clean, well-lighted, heated, and ventilated health care facility.
The individual is generally required to sit and carefully monitor polysomnograms and patients for several continuous hours.

Under the direction of the clinical manager and clinical supervision by a licensed nurse or certified scrub technician, floats to various clinical areas of the surgery department and assists as directed with preparing and maintaining a sterile field during surgical procedures, passes instruments to the surgeon and performs basic level assisting duties.
Provide all supplies, equipment, and instruments for assigned procedures.
Participates in cleaning of rooms and equipment.

May assist RN staff or Certified Scrub Technician with other duties in which associate has received documented formal training and has completed and has been approved under BVHS/FSC Competencies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Currently enrolled in a Surgical Technology program within 6 months of graduation.
Must achieve Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification with 9 months of hire.
Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills required.
Individual must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served on his/her assigned unit/department.
The individual must demonstrate the knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span.
Possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient’s requirement relative to their age-specific needs and to provide the care needed as describe in the area’s policies and procedures with the scope of RN licensure.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS GPA of 3.0 or higher PHYSICAL DEMANDS This position requires a full range of body motion with intermittent walking, lifting, bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting and standing.
The associate will be required to walk for up to one hour a day, sit continuously for six hours a day and stand for one hour a day.
The individual must be able to lift twenty to fifty pounds and reach work above the shoulders.
The individual must have good eye-hand coordination and fine finger dexterity for simple grasping tasks.
The individual must have excellent verbal communication skills to perform daily tasks.
The associate must have corrected vision and hearing in the normal range.
The individual must be able to operate a motor vehicle for business travel and community involvement.
