Requirements
- Board Certified / Board Eligible
- Not accepting Board Certified IM
- Will accept ABFM boards
- If ABEM certified only NIHSS is required
- If FM boarded then ACLS, PALS, ATLS, and BLS are required also
- DEA
- Active KY License or IMLC
- Minimum # years experience: 2
- CSR
- Can cover 5-7 day stretches at a time - Preferred
- Clear background with no malpractice - Preferred
- Must be able to do the following procedures with supporting logs: Breast Cyst Aspiration, Central Venous pressure catheterization, Endotracheal intubation (20 cases for past 24 months), Lumbar Puncture, Nasal Hemostatic Packing-Placement of Anterior & Posterior, Paracentesis, Suprapubic Bladder Aspiration, Thoracentesis & moderate sedation
Support Staff
- Single physician coverage w/ APP support 12 hours

Compensation offered would be $30 for new patient consultations, $20 for follow up consultations and $15 for medical chart review.
