About the Role

Pressed Café is seeking a dependable and experienced General Manager (GM) to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations and lead a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional food and guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all restaurant operations: kitchen, dining room, counter, and drive-thru
• Ensure service, quality, and cleanliness standards are met at all times
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and shift leaders
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and prevent waste
• Monitor labor, food, and beverage costs to maintain profitability
• Ensure proper execution of opening, operating, and closing procedures
• Maintain operational targets for service speed — drinks under 2 minutes, food in 2–5 minutes
• Drive consistent guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly
• Lead by example with a visible presence on the floor, supporting staff in real time
• Complete administrative responsibilities including scheduling, payroll, reporting, and maintenance logs
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with all company and regulatory standards

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or senior management in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Proven track record of maintaining operational excellence and cost control
• Dependable, structured leadership style — focused on consistency, accountability, and follow-through

• Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training

What will you do?

• Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures

This role serves as a primary point of contact for end users requiring technical assistance and hardware support within the organization’s desktop computing environment. The Tier 2 Support Agent is responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software to ensure optimal system performance. Support is delivered in person, via phone, email, and remote access tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Install, image, configure, and deploy desktops and laptops for new and existing employees
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating to Tier 3 when necessary
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and SharePoint
• Troubleshoot multi-factor authentication (MFA) applications and remote connectivity issues

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Teams and SharePoint

Job Summary

PetSmart’s Professional Bather is responsible for engaging with pet parents and their pets while providing positive experiences, salon specific services and upholding the company’s vision, mission, values, and strategy. This role also shares responsibility of store cleanliness, recommending of solutions for pet parents, and pet safety standards.  

Essential Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following and may vary depending on store characteristics and needs: 

• Successful completion of PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification program. 
• Responsible for the pet parent experience and outcomes conducted in person, over the phone and at the sales register. 
• Greets pet parents, answers their questions and assists with making reservations in the salon. 
• Responsible for check-in and check-out procedures. 
• Independently performs full menu of bath and brush services and standalone services, such as nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services, as well as standalone services for cats*, in accordance with PetSmart’s bathing standards and procedures. 
• Shares additional health and wellness solutions with pet parents based on pet’s needs. 
• Ensures a safe environment for our associates, pets, and pet parents. 
• Responsible for taking immediate action when a sick/injured pet is identified in the store; transport to the vet as needed. 
• Recommends, informs, and sells merchandise and services. 
• Maintains total store cleanliness standards. 
• Assists and works in other departments as required. Other duties may be assigned.
