Position: RN – PCU / IMC / Med Surg/nCertifications Required: BLS, ACLS/nLocal Rate: Candidates within 80 miles receive $8/hr less/n/nUnit Details:/n/n12 beds + 4 ICU rooms (avg. census: 8)/n/nRatios: ICU 1:3 | PCU/IMC 1:3–4 | Med Surg 1:5/n/nTeam nursing: RN + LPN managing up to 7 patients/n/nRequirements:/n/n1+ year PCU or ICU experience (MS-Tele only not accepted)/n/nCerner experience required/n/nFirst-time travelers & travel duos accepted/n/nSkills:/n/nTitrating drips (Amiodarone, Heparin, Levo, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Pressors)/n/nTelemetry interpretation required/n/nSupport:/n/nCharge nurse (small assignment)/n/n1 CNA depending on census/n/nSchedule:/n/nSelf-scheduling (flexibility needed)/n/nEvery 3rd weekend (Fri–Sun)/n/n2 of 3 major holidays required/n/nAdditional Info:/n/nPossible on-call for low census (45 min response time)/n/nOption to float to ED for tasks/hold patients/n/nOrientation: 4 hrs CBT + 8 hrs floor training/n/nMust be 6 months separated from Marshfield Health System if previously employed
