What You'll Do
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience in Change Management and Communications to support product portfolios focused on delivering our digital workforce experience to employees. This role will contribute to the development and execution of change strategies to promote employee adoption and satisfaction of our digital products, drawing on behavioural science principles where appropriate to shape employee decision-making and adoption behaviours. What You'll Bring
- 5-7 years of experience in consulting and/or project management-based change management a significant plus

In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
• The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $101,000.00 -$123,000.00.
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.

The clinical pharmacist will apply clinical knowledge to plan approved criteria for prospective and concurrent reviews of cases.
This role will work from supported systems and take inbound calls from physician or members regarding their pending approved or denied prior authorizations.

Collaborates with the CRU Technician to process referrals including answering clinical questions collecting appropriate clinical/ medical data needed to perform clinical assessments and reviews as per the healthplan/employer agreed criteria within the designated service level agreements.
