Responsibilities & Duties

Handling of QM and regulatory related internal tasks and customer enquiries.

Correspondence with customers and co-workers by telephone, e-mail, visits, etc.

Handle enquiries from customers and prospective customers related to QM and regulatory related topics.

Approval of vendors

Handle QM and regulatory related topics related to vendors and suppliers

Designing quality standards, procedures and specifications

Reviewing existing procedures to ensure they meet the current guidelines

Assistance and working on HACCP-concept

Research and implementation of international regularly standards (FSSC 22000, food legislation, etc.)

Preparation, conducting and evaluating of internal and external audits

Processing of quality complaints

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements

Preparing and submitting applications for product approvals, licenses, and permits

Conducting of trainings & seminars related to QM-topics, hygiene, food safety and food legislation

Develop and implement document management policies and procedures

Providing guidance and regulatory strategy and potential risks to senior management

Interacting with regulatory agencies during audits, inspections, and communications

Creating and maintaining of QM documentation

Sales support based on instructions by Director Sales & Business Development

A leading global multi-strategy investment firm is seeking a Trading Documentation Negotiator to join its in-house legal and transaction management function. This role supports the firm’s global flow trading business, working closely with attorneys, traders, and internal stakeholders across discretionary, quantitative, and macro strategies.

The position offers broad product exposure, a true buy-side perspective, and hands-on involvement in the negotiation, execution, and lifecycle management of trading documentation across asset classes.

Core Responsibilities

• Negotiate a wide range of trading and financing agreements, including:
• ISDA Master Agreements
• Repo Agreements
• FX Prime Brokerage Agreements
• MSFTAs
• Futures and OTC Clearing Agreements
• Support equity prime brokerage negotiations, including:
• Term commitments
• Pricing provisions
• Margin schedules
• Draft, confirm, and execute derivative confirmations, including bespoke trades and transactions without MCAs
• Maintain and manage trading documentation databases and tracking tools
• Prepare and manage signoff sheets, execution checklists, and status reports
• Coordinate document execution and circulate status updates to internal stakeholders
• Assist with regulatory filings (including SEC and NFA-related documentation)
• Run ISDA Protocol reviews and adherence
• Oversee custodial and bank account documentation
• Handle:
• Exchange memberships
• SEF agreements
• Electronic trading access and software documentation
• Support KYC and onboarding processes with brokers and counterparties
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, Operations, Investor Services, and Tax
• Assist with process improvements and implementation of documentation technology solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in trading documentation, negotiation, or a similar role
• Buy-side or sell-side experience strongly preferred
• Hands-on familiarity with:
• ISDA documentation
• Prime brokerage and financing agreements
• Derivatives and clearing documentation
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently while coordinating across teams
• High ethical standards and professional judgment

• Assist the Controller in managing the accounting department in the daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash management.

• Assist the Controller and serve as a liaison between accounting and other departments (claims, actuarial, compliance, IT) as indicated by the Controller.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA-track preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within managed care, insurance, or healthcare.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisor experience in previous work history.

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home.
