The Systems Engineering and Test Center (SETC) organization is currently hiring a Principal Systems Engineer – Systems Verification Lead to join our Tucson, AZ team in the Advanced Technology Effectors System Engineering Department.  The SETC organization is an exciting and challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to design, develop and partner with multi-disciplines to shape innovative solutions for our customers. Join our organization and experience the Systems V engineering life cycle while interfacing with a variety of engineering disciplines, subject matter experts, chief engineers, chief technologists, the customer, and so many more to ensure we design, integrate, and strengthen our systems to work the first time and every time for our warfighters!

As a Principal Systems Engineer – Systems Verification Lead you will serve as a system technical lead executing the verification and validation efforts culminating in the execution and completion of a system Functional Configuration Audit (FCA).

This role is fully Onsite in Tucson, AZ.

What You Will Do

  • SE verification lead, working closely with the program IPTLs, Chief Engineer and external customer, to ensure successful system Functional Configuration Audit

  • Lead, prepare and deliver technical briefs or presentations to the external customer in requirements and verification working groups

  • SE technical lead overseeing verification and validation efforts, ensuring all requirements are being assessed during testing

  • Become the knowledgeable and ‘go-to’ Systems Engineer for the program Functional Configuration Audit (FCA) effort.

  • Help to onboard new team members, mentor, and guide them using core Systems Engineering skills.

  • Assist the systems lead with cost account management, schedule and cost earned value analysis, program management reviews, and Estimate at Complete (EAC) reporting

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experience

  • Experience with at least one of the following: systems software, systems firmware, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test.

  • Experience in test planning or verification of system requirements or system qualification

  • Active and transferrable final U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start. US citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance 

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Masters or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Math or Physics

The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) Directorate is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing test solutions for all Raytheon products. Our engineers are responsible for all elements of the development lifecycle for test.

We are hands-on, designing with the latest technology and tools, and integrate state of the art test solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world.  Typical work involves designing interface assemblies, selection and integration with test instruments and environments, to develop a test system for all Raytheon products.  These core activities may be performed for both lab engineering and factory production test systems.  The candidate will contribute to the completion of all stages of test product development and will be responsible for helping to maintain the technical, cost and schedule aspects of their assigned projects. What You Will Do:

  • Experience with commonly used electrical engineering design and analysis tools including but not limited to: Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic

The Senior IP Litigation Associate will play a key role in managing all legal functions within SnapPower, including litigation participation and oversight, intellectual property (IP) support and enforcement, regulatory compliance, and contract management. Key Responsibilities

1. Legal & Litigation Oversight

3. Regulatory Compliance

  • Manage third-party consultants and testing labs to ensure product compliance.
  • Attend relevant panel meetings and advocate for SnapPower's positions within industry and compliance bodies.

4. Agreement Review

  • Review and analyze business agreements, supplier contracts, licensing deals, and NDAs.
  • Provide objective, business-oriented feedback and recommendations to company leadership.
  • Ensure alignment between contract terms and SnapPower's strategic and operational goals.

5. Business Support

  • Serve as a trusted legal advisor to SnapPower's executive team.
