The Role:
• Analyze insurance policies and advise on complex coverage issues across personal, commercial, liability, property, professional liability, excess, and reinsurance matters.
• Draft detailed coverage opinions and provide claims-handling guidance.
• Defend carriers in coverage litigation, bad faith, and declaratory judgment actions.
• Manage caseload with partner support, including appeals, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Handle depositions, discovery, strategy, motions, and trial preparation.
About you: 2-7 years of experience in insurance coverage; willingness to live and work in Dallas; strong writing skills.
Location: Hybrid from their office in Dallas
Package:
• Up to $200k total compensation DOE, including competitive base salary and bonus potential.
