Nurse Practitioner | Physician Assistant needed for a permanent, part-time (24 hrs/wk) position with a Primary Care clinic just outside Norwich, Connecticut. Internal Medicine, and Primary Care experience preferred, but not required. Start date will be January 1, 2026.
Nurse Practitioner | Physician Assistant - Roles / Responsibilities:
- Provide Internal Medicine / Primary Care services to their own panel of patients at one site - just outside Norwich, Connecticut.
- Coordinate with other clinical and non-clinical staff to provide optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions for Internal Medicine / Primary Care patients.
- Prescribe medication for patients as required or directed.
- Coordinate with specialists.
- Provide education to patients and family members when necessary.

- Hourly Rate commensurate with experience
- Very minimal call (3-4x per year)
