POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Administrative Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s day-to-day operations and administrative functions across teams. The Senior Administrative Coordinator is responsible for complex calendaring and scheduling, preparing and maintaining accurate reports and records, and ensuring thorough documentation of Board, Executive Committee, and key organizational meetings. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Calendaring & Scheduling
- Manage heavy and dynamic calendars for multiple staff and executive team members, balancing competing priorities and making real-time adjustments as needed.

- Coordinate and process Board and Executive Committee resolutions, including obtaining required signatures promptly and filing fully executed documents in the designated resolution folder immediately following meetings.
- Track and document all electronic votes (e-votes), including related email correspondence, ensuring each action is accurately recorded and stored in the appropriate governance folders.
Reporting & Documentation
- Build and maintain HR and Finance reports as assigned, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.
- Compile and organize information for recurring and ad hoc reporting, including payroll-related data and compliance requirements.
- Track, reconcile, and report monthly expenses for staff, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal reporting standards and deadlines.
Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support primarily to the HR and Finance teams, with additional support to other departments and staff as needed.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
- This is an exempt position that requires schedule flexibility, including availability during early mornings (as early as 7:00 a.m.) and evenings (after 5:00 p.m.), as needed to support Board and organization-related meetings and events.

Job Description Summary:
$25,000 SIGN-ON BONUS & BENEFITS ELIGIBILITY DAY ONE & RELOCATION ASSISTANCEExternal applicants and newly licensed internal applicants may be eligible for a $25,000 sign-on bonus with a one-year work commitment for a full-time position. Previously employed applicants who have been gone from the organization more than 90 days may also be eligible.
Candidates who live more than 100 miles from the work location may be eligible for relocation assistance up to $13,000.
The Neuro Interventional Radiologic Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Neuro Interventional Radiologist for diagnostic and interventional procedures. The technologist must have knowledge of the X-ray equipment in use, hemodynamic monitoring, cerebral angiogram coiling, avascular malformations, stroke interventions and sterile technique.
OhioHealth currently has openings for the Neuro Interventional Radiologic Technologist position at various locations. The applicant's location of interest will be discussed during the initial screening process. Depending on location, there may be an on-call requirement for this position.
Responsibilities And Duties:
85%Radiologic technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Interventionalist in specific area as described above in summary for each area.

Greets patients upon arrival to department. Checks chart for required data (i.e., informed consent). Reports absences or abnormalities to RN/physician. Explains procedures, gives instructions, and answers patients' questions. Participates in room turnover and transporting of patients.

Assists Radiation Safety officer in QA of labs and radiation protective apparel on regular basis. Performs tasks using radiation safety principles; checks lead aprons for tears; reports findings and removes inadequate gear from service; maintains accurate records or work with Radiology department to maintain records.
