Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service while surrounded by roller coasters
- Greet and ask guests about their favorite ride as they walk up to your location
- Take guests’ orders, offering suggestions and upsells about the most delicious menu items
- Feed hungry guests promptly and satisfy growling stomachs with fresh, made-to-order foods
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) cash registers, receiving money and returning proper change

The Warehouse Lead duties incorporate the detailed duties of Warehouse Operators.
In addition to these duties, the Warehouse Lead will be responsible for all keying efficiencies, inventory accuracy, outbound product quality, housekeeping, and personnel management tasks.
This employee must demonstrate a strong ability to manage key performance indicators, warehouse transactions, inventory accuracy and cycle count procedures and orchestrate all warehouse operators to do the same.
The lead should be able to identify operating inefficiencies, diagnose operational problems, and will possess the ability to make adjustments to correct operation and quality challenges as well as train Warehouse Operators to do the same.
Job Description Responsibilities: The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for the actions and activity of all Warehouse Operators.
The lead position will monitor progress, delegate additional tasks, and utilize controls to ensure that all operators are performing their job as outlined at a proficient or above-average level.

All keying entries, such as receiving reports, stock to stock moves, finished goods to stock, and components back to stock moves will be audited and monitored for accuracy and consistency.
The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for all inventory transaction entry and accuracy relating to the material movements as they pertain to the facility.
- Stage raw materials in the production locations and in the production room.
Process Material Requisitions from production.
Ensures the transactions are accurately entered in the ERP systems.
Run floor scrubber/sweeper to keep warehouse area floors clean.
Housekeeping: Maintain housekeeping of assigned aisles, which includes debris removal, floor sweeping, rack cleaning, and skid maintenance (fix distraught skids, remove hanging debris, etc.).
Perform cycle count to confirm accuracy of the raw materials and finished goods at all time.
Ensures the transactions and adjustments are accurately entered in the ERP systems.
Ability to operate Reach Truck, Walkie, Cherry Picker, and Fork Lifts efficiently and safely.
Ability to perform general maintenance tasks to material handling equipment, including battery charging, battery exchange, battery maintenance (water, checklists, etc.), and general cleaning.
Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Process Engineering & Solution Ownership
- Map, analyze, and redesign operational processes across specialty operations functions (e.g., on-demand installation, ADI delivery programs, HVAC and appliance logistics)
- Own solutions end-to-end — not just surface-level gap identification. Drive the fix, define what it looks like, and identify who needs to own each component

- Serve as IT Program Owner across multiple concurrent workstreams within Specialty Operations

- Track and report on KPIs including margin impact, service level, adoption rates, and growth metrics
- Manage benefit tracking and portfolio-level reporting as a core, non-negotiable responsibility
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with senior managers, engineering leads, OCM, and training teams to drive operational outcomes
- Engage IT stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and oversee system fixes and enhancements
- Represent the team in stakeholder meetings and communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Skills & Background
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement engineering (Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in both product management (Agile/scrum, product owner role) AND project management (waterfall/traditional PMO)
- Proven ability to own and drive operational solutions — not just coordinate or report
- Strong analytical and KPI-tracking background: margin, service levels, adoption, growth
- Familiarity with ERP systems and SAP workflows is a strong plus

- Engineering-rooted career path — supply chain, logistics, or operations engineering preferred
- Experience in inventory solutions, supply chain strategy, or network strategy
