The Analyst, Software Configuration is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and support of software solutions for the company systems (ALFA) for CarMax Auto Finance (CAF). This position is involved in the complete software configuration life cycle and is responsible for ensuring that software meets CarMax® quality standards. This position will play a key role in transforming our Auto Finance business resulting in an iconic customer experience.
What you will do
- Learn and adhere to the CarMax® software configuration methodologies while deploying new functionality, enhancing existing features, and supporting applications.
- Learn CarMax Auto Finance business processes and how those processes are implemented in the team’s applications to provide resolution to support problems as they arise.
- Maintains and supports the applications and technologies used by the configuration team, configure software capabilities with high quality standards and leverages existing software, patterns and best practices.
- Provides system support being available on and off hours to provide systems support, troubleshoot system issues and effectively assess support problems and respond with the appropriate level of urgency.
Purpose of the role
This position will perform technical configuration in one or more of the company systems used to operate our Auto Finance business. This associate will have the basic knowledge and technical expertise to configure business processes in the systems, performing according to company expectations and are delivered within company expectations. Associates in this position must have a basic knowledge and the ability to deploy configuration principals and use that functional expertise to learn configuration, design patterns and databases for our company systems.

The Clinician Well‑Being Specialist supports the psychological, emotional, and professional well‑being of clinicians, including physicians, advanced practice providers, and medical residents. This role blends clinical expertise with organizational well‑being strategy to promote resilience, reduce burnout, and enhance the overall work experience of healthcare professionals. Clinician Support

This individual willhelp develop, oversee, and promote our aviation NDT business throughout the United States. - Management control over personnel and equipment in area of responsibility and subject to upper management approval, hire and terminate personnel.
- Management control over quality, safety, and financial performance in area of responsibility.
