The Analyst, Software Configuration is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and support of software solutions for the company systems (ALFA) for CarMax Auto Finance (CAF). This position is involved in the complete software configuration life cycle and is responsible for ensuring that software meets CarMax® quality standards. This position will play a key role in transforming our Auto Finance business resulting in an iconic customer experience.

• Learn and adhere to the CarMax® software configuration methodologies while deploying new functionality, enhancing existing features, and supporting applications.
• Learn CarMax Auto Finance business processes and how those processes are implemented in the team’s applications to provide resolution to support problems as they arise.

Clinician Support
