Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years’ experience in product management function
- 5+ years required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success shipping software through multiple releases managing the entire lifecycle from discovery to launch in an agile environment
- 3+ years of experience working with agent/sales enablement platforms or similar internal-facing tools that support sales or customer service teams. (AA: things like sales & enrollment tools, CRMs
- Ability to work east cost hours
- 3+ years of experience working with an agile team in Scrum
Preferred:
- Experience with health insurance, Medicare

- Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to organize and manage tasks effectively.
- Strong Software Development Knowledge – Understand coding, software architecture, and development processes and ability to adapt to current technologies
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and influence decision-making processes.

Data Center Construction Manager in Hartford, CT

We are currently seeking a Data Center Construction Manager to lead large-scale data center construction projects throughout Connecticut. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction leader with deep technical knowledge and a strong track record delivering mission-critical facilities.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale data center construction projects
- Manage civil/site work, structural activities, and full MEP coordination
- Oversee commissioning activities and ensure readiness for turnover
- Direct and coordinate multiple subcontractors while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality
- Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with owners, vendors, utilities, inspectors, and internal teams
- Track progress, resolve field issues, and drive projects to successful completion
- Support extended onsite assignments and regional travel as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing data center construction projects
- Strong background in civil/site work, MEP systems, and commissioning
- Experience with Primavera P6
- Demonstrated success managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety programs
- Excellent communication skills with owners, vendors, utilities, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
- Willingness and availability for extended onsite assignments

Job Description:
Provide service and support before, during , and after surgical procedures. Ensures the presence and proper arrangement of surgical equipment and supplies in the operating room to each operation; assists the surgeon during theoperation as allowed by professional and legal standards; and assists with cleaning operating room after the operation ensuring proper routing of equipment, and used material. Reports to Manager.
Qualifications
• Completion of a surgical technician program.
• Must be certified through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or be able to obtain certification within one year of employment.
• Maintainence of CPR, BLS validation and attendance of annual Validation Day required.
• Knowledge of various surgical procedures with the ability to anticipate the needs of the surgeon and to recognize the problems encountered by the surgeon.
• Knowledge of name and function of surgical equipment and instrumentation required.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
• Strict adherence to policies and regulations regarding maintenance of sterile field required.
• Knowledge and practice of basic care and patient safety concepts.
• Application of the principles of asepsis in a manner that provides optimal patient care.
• Knowledge of OR emergency situations.

Position Summary:
The Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment, ensuring compliance with company safety policies and procedures and performing routine maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures, including reporting all accidents, incidents, and near misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value – Safety, first in everything we do.
- Complete equipment condition reports and daily checklists for assigned equipment, providing updates to the Project Superintendent daily.
- Perform regular cleaning of machines, including daily sweeping of cabs, trash removal, weekly interior cleaning, and bi-weekly lubrication of doors and windows.
- Understand and follow all Company safety policies and procedures, ensuring the safety of both yourself and those working in your vicinity.
- Monitor and report equipment fuel levels to the Superintendent or Foreman daily to ensure timely refueling.
- Note any needed supplies or issues with the equipment, such as grease, oil, rags, cleaning supplies, or the need for steam cleaning, and inform the Superintendent.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience operating equipment in Heavy/Civil Construction.
- OSHA 10 certification.
