Title: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Location: Ashburn, VA (in office Mon-Thurs, remote on Friday)
CPG Beyond, Inc., a fast-growing mission critical (data center) company in Ashburn, Virginia, seeks a seasoned Human Resources Manager to work on-site in a quick-paced, growing environment. This is a hands-on position accountable for the day-to-day aspects of human resource functions such as payroll, on/offboarding, orientation, performance management, benefits administration and office administration. The following duties are performed personally or through subordinate support. This is an in-person position and will be required to be in the Ashburn, HQ office Monday - Thursday, remote on Fridays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Must intimately understand the payroll process and ensure accurate payroll processing for the organization. Knowledge of Paycor and NetSuite preferred.
- Initiates communication and roll out of employee policies and handbook updates across the organization
- Facilitation of organizational changes and data integrity in the HRIS
- Oversees heavy volume of on/off boarding of personnel throughout the organization and conducts weekly / bi-weekly orientations
- Assists managers with employee relations issues, such as counseling, PIPs and other actions
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
- Manages the annual performance review process and communication plan, to include guiding managers through goal setting, coaching, and performance review processes
- Manages benefits administration, 401k administration, open enrollment and employee education as needed
- Manages worker's compensation and collaborates with the Safety team on necessary reporting and return to work initiatives
- Provides mentorship to subordinates, supervisors and leaders across the organization
- Ensures compliance with Federal mandates such as OFCCP, Affirmative Action, required Federal reporting
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Oversees other HR team members

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; or equivalent work experience
- 5 - 8 years Human Resources Manger experience with an emphasis on payroll and onboarding, 3-4 years managing and mentoring direct reports preferred
- Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional, trusting relationships with managers and employees across the company
- Ability to effectively take initiative, multi-task competing priorities, and remain focused/organized in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- Ability to make independent judgment, establish trust and maintain confidentiality while understanding when to escalate matters appropriately
- Ability to determine and utilize appropriate methods of dealing with human behavior in a variety of business circumstances
- Demonstrates the following competencies: excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft office or similar software, Paycor, NetSuite, HRIS, and ATS platforms
- Certificates and Licenses:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) desired
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervises 1 or more employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Electrical Commissioning Agent II lead with supervision at times and executes commissioning of data center critical systems including generators, switchgears, UPSs, PDUs and various other equipment. This person is responsible for conducting reviews of client design packages, monitoring, and analyzing FAT and First of Kind equipment Level 1 thru 5 tests and developing O&M documentation to serve as a reference for data center electrical equipment. The Data Center Commissioning Engineer is critical in the company's continued success and growth by ensuring that testing has been executed and the client's data centers operate at maximum operational efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with managing projects, plans, provide and gather specifications, and execute assignments in a multidisciplinary engineering Commissioning role for large facility projects.
- The commissioning experts adhere to a thorough quality management/QC process and procedures.
- Participate in daily commissioning activity meetings which services include: Equipment pre-start-up and start-up procedures; Development of standard operating procedures (SOP's) and Methods of Procedures (MOPs); Comprehensive Commissioning documentation.
- Prepare commissioning test procedures and reports with limited supervision as needed; Develop and maintain commissioning logs, equipment checklist, and other tools to track commissioning projects; Write comprehensive reports which include the following sections: recommendations for optimizing building operations, functional checklists, list of deficiencies, equipment operation and maintenance manuals.
- Review design criteria, specifications, drawings, equipment submittals, and other documentation pertinent to commissioning.
- Integrated system testing; Load Bank Testing; Compilation of all testing procedure results.
- Develop and administer functional tests for various systems, such as: electrical distribution systems, UPS, standby generators, etc.
- System Assembly; Commission plan preparation; Follow company QC process and procedures.
- Help lead and manage any external resources; Schedule and direct periodic commissioning meetings; Attend construction and coordination meetings if required for the project.
- Interface with clients, contractors, equipment vendors and owners' agents as needed; Execute project assignments; Interface with project contractors, vendors, and testing technicians; Interact with all facets of the company: engineering, design, etc.
Verify results of test reports; Assist with field troubleshooting of commissioned equipment as needed; Field experience in the operation and application of Power Quality Analyzers, Power Disturbance Analyzers, Data loggers, and related system testing equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in the Engineering Field
- A/E experience working in complex facilities or mission critical projects a big plus
- Previous Data Center / Mission Critical experience is preferred
- Electrical equipment testing experience in a Critical Facilities / facility environment
- Experience with IEEE/ASHRAE procedures and protocols a plus
- Possess basic knowledge of systems design for various projects
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (this role requires heavy amount of writing, documentation, and client interaction)
- Up to 75% travel
- Must be a US Citizen
Education:
- Bachelor's / Associates Degree in engineering a plus or comparable experience

Responsibilities
Our Occupational Therapists/OTs help patients who have debilitating conditions improve the functions of performing everyday tasks in the home. Occupational Therapists/OTs use treatments to develop the daily living skills of their patients and the basic motor functions of patients, as well as to compensate for any loss of function that patient may be experiencing. Occupational Therapists/OTs administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach the family and other members of the health care team. These services are performed by Occupational Therapists/OTs in accordance with the physicians' orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
Qualifications
Occupational Therapists/OTs must meet the following requirements:
* Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which he/she currently practices.
* A minimum of one-year experience is preferred, but can be less with Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services approval based on prior experience setting.
