We are seeking an experienced Insurance Relations Specialist to support our organization's compliance with the No Surprises Act (NSA), the federal law designed to protect patients from unexpected out‐of‐network medical bills and establish structured insurer/provider payment dispute resolution processes.

The ideal candidate will oversee the tracking, escalation, and recovery of NSA awards, settlements, and reimbursements to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and clients to resolve outstanding awards, underpayments, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to optimize timeliness and accuracy of client payments.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners on NSA requirements and best practices.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess impacts on contracts, claims, and payer/provider communications.
• Ensure all activities comply with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
• Develop reports, track key metrics, and provide recommendations to the team and leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare insurance operations, billing compliance, provider relations, or comparable areas.
• The ability to read and decipher medical EOBs.
• Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Hiring Range: $60,000-$65,000 / year, commensurate with experience

We are hiring a mid-level Asset Manager to join our Paramus, NJ office and take ownership of day-to-day asset management responsibilities across our multifamily portfolio. What You'll Own

• Ongoing asset management of a multifamily portfolio spanning multiple states — monitoring performance, identifying issues, and driving operational improvements at the property level
• Monthly financial reviews — analyzing actual vs. budget, identifying variances, and summarizing performance for ownership and investor reporting
• Annual budget preparation in coordination with property management teams

• Yardi — working directly in the platform for reporting, data integrity, and financial oversight

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of experience in asset management, real estate private equity, or a related real estate finance role — multifamily experience required

• A strong financial modeler — you can build and stress-test a pro forma from scratch in Excel
• Experienced with Yardi — required

• Provide the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner.
• Review, read, notate, and initial the electronic health record to document and learn about pertinent information about residents.
• Receive medication updates from Resident Care Director (RCD) or Wellness Nurse.
• Administer, assist with, and observe medications and treatments for each resident using the medication administration record and the Six Rights of Medication Pass ("Right" resident, medication, dosage, time, route, right to refuse).
