Reporting to the Director of Nursing for Trauma/Neurosciences, the Trauma Program Manager (TPM) provides administrative, operational, and quality oversight of the hospital's trauma program in collaboration with the Trauma Medical Director (TMD).
The TPM ensures compliance with American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma (ACS COT) standards, state trauma regulations, and organizational policies.
