* Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, nail care, makeup application, and customer service excellence.
*Qualifications*
* Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming techniques.
* Proficiency in hair extensions application, eyelash extensions installation, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for scheduling and retail management.
* Expertise in color theory to create vibrant or subtle color treatments tailored to client preferences.
* Skilled in sanitation practices to uphold health standards within the salon environment.
* Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members.
* Experience in store management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required.

What you will do:
