Role Overview:

Supports data center operations by maintaining, monitoring, and managing IT systems and physical infrastructure.

Works onsite (Plano, TX) handling hardware, inventory, and operational tasks for a large enterprise (healthcare-focused).

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and operate computer systems, servers, and equipment

Handle shipping/receiving, inventory tracking, and asset management

Install, move, and decommission racks and hardware

Perform cabling, racking, and equipment setup

Monitor systems and troubleshoot/escalate issues

Maintain documentation, SOP compliance, and audit readiness

Coordinate with vendors, project managers, and technical teams

Required Skills:

Knowledge of data center operations, servers, and infrastructure

• Develop and document standardized processes and reporting requirements for procurement and budgetary activities.
• Provide training and guidance to Operations teams on compliance with procurement and financial procedures.
• Prepare and manage Board of Directors agenda forecasts, presentations, and supporting documentation.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline; alternatively, a minimum of six years of related work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, operations, or business intelligence, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• 5–7 years of program and project controls experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Strong ability to collaborate across all organizational levels to resolve complex issues.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and boards.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business terms.
• Experience preparing Board actions and audit responses.
• Experience working in cloud environments with data lakes, data warehouses and databases.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, or Business Administration.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Advanced knowledge of predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and process optimization methodologies.
• 7+ years of program and project controls experience.
• 5 years of experience in information technology or toll-related operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective: Managing inventory through receiving, production process; Improving on time in full delivery; optimizing carrier performance; supporting other supply chain functions (procurement, production planning, etc.) when necessary.

Essential Functions

·        Coordinate process from PO receiving throughout shipping, including PO entering, delivery planning, communication with production, maintenance, warehouse & sanitation team, arrange carriers, etc.; Ensure all POs delivered at right time with right quantity.

·        Ensures timely communication is provided to customers, carriers and sales on status of delivery arrangement; conduct carrier management on cost and service.  

·        Improve Inventory management. Oversee warehouse and production activities.

·        Coordinating with purchasing for production supply and low-inventory level alarm for sanitation items.

·        Effectively negotiates and/or implements initiatives that reduce Company costs and/or prevents annual cost increases.

·        Monitors complex operations, identifies potential programs, and is proactive in resolution. 

·        Provides more complex daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements for performance, compliance, and invoicing; develops and analyses information when required.

·        Performs a variety of calculations, analyses and audits of financial and operational results; typically involves complex professional related supply chain principles.  

·        Utilizing an advanced knowledge of the processes, cost pressure points, and supply evaluates supplier competence relative to others in the industry.

·        Responsible for interaction and problem resolution with suppliers such as resolving invoicing discrepancies, negotiating price, quality, and delivery, obtaining quotes, and expediting delayed shipments.
