We are seeking production workers who will manufacture sheet metal and light rail parts.

We are looking for energetic individuals with production experience using sheet metal, preferably in a manufacturing or job shop setting Monday -Friday 8a-4:30p with OT as needed Pay rate 17.50 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Operation of various equipment, including but not limited to, spot welders, presses, and shearers to fabricate sheet metal products within required specification.

Lifts, positions and removes sheet metal and/or sheet metal parts from machines or stock to assist in fabrication.

Loads, stacks, and transports raw material, tools, dies, and products by hand or fork truck.

Utilization of overhead crane and slings to transport dies.

Cleans, grinds, and scrapes metal prior to fabricating, welding, painting, or shipping.

Performs quantitative and qualitative inspection of parts, as needed.

May require utilization of blueprints and/or other operational documentation.

Picks up and trucks scrap from work areas.

Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.

More experienced associates may perform the following duties: Manually "hand work fabricated metal parts to specification, utilizing, for example, hammers and grinders.

Develop and plan sequences of operations.

Sets up fabricating machines such as press brakes, presses, shearers, plasma and flame cutters, drill presses, cutters, and bandsaws.

First shift (8:00am to 4:30pm) position with OT as needed Requirements Minimum of 1 + years of experience in a manufacturing or job shop environment Blueprint, stamping and/or welding experience(s) a plus Good attitude and communication skills Must have a mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail Must be able to use calipers and micrometers Must be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position Summary The Manufacturing Quality (MQ) Inspector's responsibility will be to monitor production processes for compliance to cGMP standards.

He/she will perform a variety of quality control checks to ensure appropriate utilization of equipment, commodities, product and procedures for the assigned production area.

Conduct and document a variety of visual, functional and dimensional testing in support of commodity/product release – particularly in the bag fabrication, overwrap and packaging areas of production.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Inspects materials, batch record documents and final products during the production process or off line (APQR, re-inspection, batch records).

Performs and records release functional and dimensional testing.

Restarts automated equipment that stopped for quality issues.

Evaluates products for defects and recognize unacceptable product.

Makes decision regarding product conformity and determines if MQ batch record criteria is met.

Performs testing on commodities and final product and determines acceptance according to specifications.

Collects file samples, stability testing samples, and laboratory samples in accordance with established procedures.

Inputs data (numerical/informational) into batch records, reports and electronic data bases.

Recognizes unacceptable product.

Monitors production lines for irregularities and reports to area supervisor, accordingly.

Works with both internal and external customers.

Shares information and provides feedback on material, operational, and mechanical related issues.

Performs mathematical calculations such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing and therefore must have working knowledge of mathematical applications.

Uses good problem solving and interpersonal skills for effective communications.

Follows up on activities to ensure quality is maintained.

Assists in area improvements, department changes and meetings.

Measures and sights along workpiece to mark reference lines.

Selects and positions flat, V-block, radius, or special purpose die sets into ram and bed of machine.

Aligns and bolts dies to ram and bed of machine.

Turns handwheel, levers or operates switches to set depth and pressure of ram stroke.

Lifts and positions workpiece between dies of machine.

Starts machine to lower ram which bends or straightens workpiece between dies.

Repositions workpiece and changes dies when making multiple or successive passes.

Hand forms or finishes workpiece.

Grinds out burrs and sharp edges.

Inspects and marks job number on finished workpiece.

Bends or straightens cold metal.

Sets dies to punch and blank heavy metal.

Operates press equipped with two or more rams to bend angles or flanges or bend to radius by successive passes; or operates multiple acting hydraulic press to perform deep progressive and reverse draw operations of sheet metal.

* Perform thorough dental cleanings including scaling, polishing, and root planing as needed
* Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
* Conduct oral health assessments and chart conditions of teeth and gums
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
* Apply sealants and fluoride treatments when appropriate
* Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols
* Assist the dentist during exams and procedures as needed
* Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the dental record
* Monitor and maintain hygiene supplies and equipment
