The HR Administrator Position

The HR Administrator provides administrative and project support to the Human Resources team while helping maintain organized HR documentation, processes, internal resources, and assisting Goyette employees. A typical day may include assisting with HR compliance projects, maintaining employee records, supporting talent acquisition efforts, and managing HR documents and templates.

This role also supports the departmental initiatives, including coordination of the annual Christmas Candy Project, helping manage lists, timelines, packaging, and logistics.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality. Under the direction of Ohio HR leadership, this role supports ongoing improvements to HR processes and helps ensure the department operates efficiently.

Experience, Skills and Abilities for the HR Administrator Position

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-2 years of HR experience preferred
• Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, document management, confidentiality, FMLA, and compliance activities

Gestational Carrier Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Between 21–39 years old
• U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
• Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
• No more than two (2) C-sections
• Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
• No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
• No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
• Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
• Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
• Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
• Have a stable home environment and strong support system

Compensation & Benefits

We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:

Base Compensation

• $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)

Additional Benefits

• $250 monthly expense allowance
• $500 maternity clothing allowance
• $10,500 for multiple birth
• Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
• Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
• Travel reimbursement
• $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
• $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)

All medical expenses, legal representation, and services related to the surrogacy journey are covered.
