This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead, manage, and execute multiple transportation projects, develop program plans, and work closely with stakeholders and senior management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, and will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's transportation strategies.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1.

Manage multiple transportation projects simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for each project.

Lead specific transportation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met.

4.

Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, changes, and issues.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement transportation strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

6.

Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and ensure all projects adhere to quality standards.

7.

Review project deliverables for accuracy and completeness, and provide constructive feedback to the project team.

Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

A Master’s degree or PMP certification would be an advantage.

2.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the transportation sector of the engineering industry.

3.

Proven track record in managing multiple transportation projects, from initiation to completion.

4.

Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

5.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.

6.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

7.

Proficient in project management software tools.

8.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

9.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

10.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
